Hoy me uno a participar en las iniciativas de Ladies of Hive la cual siempre me causó curiosidad y estudiaba la forma de hacerlo, desde hoy me uno a los creadores de contenido participativos haciendo comunidad, compartiendo experiencias, aunque no se me hace muy fácil las iniciativas por inseguridades personales.
Respondo para compartir mi apreciación sobre la pregunta:
¿Consideras que fracasar es menos, igual o más importante que tener éxito en la vida, y por qué?
Pienso que debe haber un equilibrio en todo, el éxito viene a través del aprendizaje, durante el proceso podremos fallar muchas veces, en cada intento se supone que lo haremos mejor.

Greetings, community!
Today I am joining the Ladies of Hive initiative, which has always intrigued me, and I have been studying how to do so. Starting today, I am joining the participatory content creators in building community and sharing experiences, although the initiative is not very easy for me due to personal insecurities.
I am responding to share my thoughts on the question:
Do you consider failure to be less, equally, or more important than success in life, and why?
I think there should be a balance in everything. Success comes through learning, and during the process, we may fail many times, but with each attempt, we are supposed to do better.

Personalmente he vivido cometiendo errores, algunos los he pagado caro, sin embargo trabajé y trabajo en ellos para superarlos, de la misma forma, puedo contar mis éxitos, que más bien pienso que mi forma de pensar con respecto al "éxito" ha cambiado por que mi estilo de vida ha cambiado y pienso que hay cosas que son verdaderamente valiosas y nada tienen que ver con los títulos académicos que pude obtener, riquezas o felicidad que sabemos que todo es transitorio en la vida. Sin embargo, lo que debemos procurar es siempre mantener el equilibrio, la armonía y la paz.
Una mente en calma puede lograr grandes cosas incluso en momentos de adversidad, ser conscientes nos ayuda a superar los obstáculos y mantenernos animados cuando el fracaso nos arropa.
Éxitos y fracasos, los considero momentos de nuestra existencia, experiencias ricas en aprendizajes, los cuales podemos mostrar nuestra valía y capacidad de mantener el enfoque en las metas y la calma. Sin dejarnos cegar por un éxito transitorio perdiendo la humildad y sin dejar que el fracaso nos arrope de tal manera que no nos levantemos de la situación. Ya con el hecho de tener fuerza de voluntad de continuar pese a que hemos fracasado tantas veces, es un acto heroico.

Personally, I have made mistakes, some of which I have paid dearly for, but I worked and continue to work on them to overcome them. In the same way, I can recount my successes, although I think my way of thinking about "success" has changed because my lifestyle has changed, and I believe that there are things that are truly valuable and have nothing to do with the academic degrees I was able to obtain, wealth, or happiness, which we know are all transitory in life. However, what we must strive for is to always maintain balance, harmony, and peace.
A calm mind can achieve great things even in times of adversity. Being mindful helps us overcome obstacles and stay encouraged when failure envelops us.
I consider successes and failures to be moments in our existence, experiences rich in learning, which allow us to show our worth and ability to stay focused on our goals and remain calm. We must not allow ourselves to be blinded by temporary success and lose our humility, nor let failure overwhelm us to such an extent that we cannot rise above the situation. The very fact that we have the willpower to continue despite having failed so many times is a heroic act.

No considero que alguien tenga éxito en algo sin haber fracasado antes, al menos yo no he conocido alguien así.
Por lo que considero que fracasar ha sido y es igual de importante que tener éxito, es necesario para obtener aprendizajes, requiere de energía, sacrificio, enfoque y estar dispuestos a aprender de los errores.
Para cerrar esta reflexión queridos, el éxito sabe mejor cuando lo obtenemos después de haber fracasado tantas veces, se siente bien, se siente bonito, se disfruta mejor.

I don't believe anyone can be successful at something without having failed first; at least, I've never met anyone like that.
That's why I believe that failure has been and is just as important as success. It's necessary for learning, and it requires energy, sacrifice, focus, and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
To conclude this reflection, dear friends, success tastes better when we achieve it after having failed so many times. It feels good, it feels nice, and we enjoy it more.

Sometimes failure can lead you to success,that is why average successful Man encounter failure before success because at times failure help a determine soul to plan harder and achieve his or her Goals.
