Hace unos días salí del encierro a comprar comida ¡Jajaja! Creo que era una salida más bien forzada. Me he sentido algo cansada estos días por la carga laboral y agobiada de las preocupaciones cotidianas, salir siempre oxigena, lo hago con la mejor actitud aun en circunstancias donde no provoca sonreír mucho.
Ya me ha pasado muchas veces que cuando voy caminando encuentro una mariposa desmayada en el suelo, intentando levantarse, cansada de volar alto, tal vez un viento fuerte la derribó y si la dejaba en el suelo, estaría expuesta a que el calor del suelo le causara la muerte o que alguien caminando la pisara o el caso que sea alguien que la tome para jugar con ella. No puedo soportar estas ideas, las mariposas son bellas, son un milagro y su vida es muy corta.

I can't stand these ideas, butterflies are beautiful, they are a miracle and their life is very short.

Un grupo de mariposas revoloteaba delante de mí y decidí seguirlas, quizá me llevarían a algunas flores cercanas, cuando me percaté que estaban dentro de un monte espeso que me dio miedo cruzar, por algún animal como una culebra o algo. Sin embargo cargaba mis botas pesadas, debía hacerlo rápido y colocar a mi pequeña amiga junto a otras de su especie y que tome néctar de flores para reponerse.

A group of butterflies fluttered in front of me and I decided to follow them, maybe they would take me to some flowers nearby, when I realized that they were inside a thick bush that I was afraid to cross, because of some animal like a snake or something. However, I was carrying my heavy boots, I had to do it quickly and place my little friend next to others of her species and let her drink flower nectar to recover.

El montón de maripositas blancas se camuflaban perfectamente con las flores blancas, parecían no tenerme miedo, ellas estaban alli alegremente, revoloteaban de florecita en florecita, fue un momento sublime, como las anteriores veces.
Cuando coloqué la mariposa rescatada sobre la flor, ella voló a mi mano de nuevo, me reí y hablé con ella: - Debes quedarte aquí, reponerte y volar con tus amigas - La volví a colocar con cuidado y ella quedó hacia abajo e intentó volar hacia mí, no quería irse. Ya tenía algo de nervios por el monte y los animales peligrosos que saqué mi cámara rápido, con las manos temblorosas e inmortalicé el momento con unas capturas nerviosas, mientras que mi nueva amiguita, estaba relajada, placida y antes de irme le dije: - ¡Tienes que vivir! Agradecida estoy yo por tan hermoso momento.

I am grateful for such a beautiful moment.

Fue un momento de eso tantos que te regala la vida para oxigenarte hasta el alma.
Llegué al supermercado, gracias a Dios pude comprar lo necesario y regresé a casa, llena de amor, gratitud y ternura. Regresar a casa con estos sentimientos positivos es un regalo del universo que creí ya no era posible vivir. Mi vida cambió de forma positiva, todavía estoy en ese proceso de levantarme económicamente, pero mi espíritu y mi corazón se mantienen fuertes y llenos de amor.
Hoy me desperté con unos canarios cantando en mi ventana y pude ver que están haciendo su nido, quiero comprarles un abastecedor de alimento y ponerles allí para que libremente coman a voluntad y me despierten con su alegría y escandalo mañanero ¡La vida! por que ellos: Son felices y más donde hay paz.

I arrived at the supermarket, thank God I was able to buy what I needed and I returned home, full of love, gratitude and tenderness. Hello @equipodelta. It's good that you can derive simple pleasures from nature as they are pure of hear. I see the prices of the produce is in dollars. Is this USD? If so, the price is expensive as it is in the U.S. We've seen prices rise on many necessary items due to the tariffs put in place. But I love my fruits and veggies, so I sacrifice and pay the price, but buy in quantities and freeze.

I have read how expensive the cost of living is. In the U.S. in all phases of life, costs are rising due to the tariffs put in place or are anticipated. Food and medicine is foremost. My Diabetes meds cost $500 for a month's supply, taken once a week. That's only 4 injections. It's disheartening when you're a senior citizen on fixed income. I also think about a carton of eggs ranging from $5 - $9. Organic brands are $10 or more. Produce has risen.
But what worries me are the regulations that have been rolled back or is lax causing deadly bacteria and fungus during the processing. So many recalls on food and produce due to listeria, salmonella, and E. coli.
