¡Hola querida comunidad! Siguiendo la iniciativa de Hive DIY "Regala a mamá algo especial hecho por ti" les traigo una idea bonita y muy original para sorprender a tu mamá con una camino de mesa ancho con motivos sublimados, puede ser también como idea de emprendimiento.
Estoy practicando el arte de sublimar, requiere de paciencia y pulso, no es fácil, todavía me falta mucho por aprender ya que a veces se me mancha el diseño. Mientras tanto sigo viendo tutoriales y conociendo todas las herramientas o materiales.
Este mantel quedó precioso en mi mesa, si bien, no tengo a mi madrecita viva que sé que le hubiera flipado el camino de mesa, me lo regalé yo misma y luce muy elegante en mi sala.

Hello dear community! Following the initiative of Hive DIY "Give Mom something special made by you" I bring you a beautiful and very original idea to surprise your mom with a wide table runner with sublimated motifs, it can also be an idea of entrepreneurship.
I am practicing the art of sublimation, it requires patience and pulse, it is not easy, I still have a lot to learn because sometimes the design gets stained. In the meantime I keep watching tutorials and getting to know all the tools and materials.
This tablecloth looked beautiful on my table, although I don't have my mother alive who I know would have loved the table runner, I gave it to myself and it looks very elegant in my living room.

Paso a paso / Step by Step
Step 1️⃣/ Paso 1️⃣

Una vez tengas los diseños los pegas en el procesador de Texto Word, ajustas su tamaño y posición y los imprimes colocando las siguientes opciones en tu impresora:
Calidad: optima
Ajustes adicionales: espejo
Selecciona la impresora con tinta para sublimar y colocas el papel para sublimar en ella, luego imprimes.

Once you have the designs you paste them in the Word processor, adjust their size and position and print them by setting the following options in your printer:
Quality: optimal
Additional settings: mirror
Select the printer with sublimation ink and place the sublimation paper in it, then print.
Step 2️⃣/ paso 2️⃣

Toma la medida de tu mesa y recorta el tamaño de la tela.
Recomiendo colocar marcas en un lápiz para que sepas dónde colocar cada diseño a sublimar.

Take the measurement of your table and cut out the size of the fabric.
I recommend placing marks on a pencil so you know where to place each design to be sublimated.
Step 3️⃣/ paso 3️⃣

Mientras el diseño se imprime, calienta la plancha a 356°F o su equivalente 180°C (esto es muy caliente). Imprimo todos los diseños que necesito que en total fueron 4 hojas, mi cuarto se está calentando mucho por el calor de la plancha así que debo apresurarme, ya que me descompenso a veces por el calor extremo.
Los diseños una vez impresos los dejo secar un poco más aunque el papel para sublimar que compré es de secado instantáneo, pero mientras menos humedad tenga, menos manchará la tela.
Recorta cada diseño como si fuera un sticker, esto te dará mejor visibilidad.

While the design is printing, heat the iron to 356°F or its equivalent 180°C (this is very hot). I print all the designs I need which totaled 4 sheets, my room is getting very hot from the heat of the iron so I have to hurry as I get sick sometimes from the extreme heat.
Once the designs are printed I let them dry a little longer, although the sublimation paper I bought is instant dry, but the less moisture it has, the less it will stain the fabric.
Cut out each design as if it were a sticker, this will give you better visibility.
Step 4️⃣/ paso 4️⃣

Una vez recortados todos los diseños y la plancha a su temperatura adecuada, coloco la tela guiándome por la marca que hice previamente en ella.
Esta parte hay que hacerlo rápido ya que el calor que emana la plancha arriba puede hacer que se manche el diseño: Coloca el diseño impreso boca abajo en la tela, luego colocas la lámina de teflón y bajas la plancha por un tiempo de 1 minuto.
Ten mucho cuidado con esto puedes quemarte, todo se pone extremadamente caliente y puedes hacerte mucho daño. Yo no consigo los guantes para el calor, pero si consigues es bueno que los uses.

Once all the designs have been cut out and the iron is at the right temperature, I place the fabric following the mark I previously made on it.
This part must be done quickly because the heat emanating from the iron above can stain the design: Place the printed design face down on the fabric, then place the Teflon sheet and lower the iron for a time of 1 minute.
Be very careful with this you can burn yourself, everything gets extremely hot and you can hurt yourself very badly. I don't get the heat gloves, but if you get them it's good to use them.

Una vez transcurrido el minuto o los 60 segundos, con mucho cuidado retiras el teflón, recuerda que todo está super caliente, luego retiras el papel impreso, notarás que quedó mucho más claro y que el diseño se traspasó muy bien a la tela.
Repite todos estos pasos en casa diseño hasta completarlos.

Once the minute or 60 seconds have elapsed, very carefully remove the Teflon, remember that everything is super hot, then remove the printed paper, you will notice that it was much clearer and that the design was transferred very well to the fabric.
Repeat all these steps at home until the design is complete.

Ahora con ayuda de la máquina de coser, cose zig zag por todas las orillas.
Luego realiza un dobladillo por todos los bordes.
Recomiendo lavar y luego planchar el mantel, yo por cosas de tiempo no lo hice pero quedará más presentable si lo haces.
Ahora mi mesa luce un camino de mesa original hecho por mí misma y es una idea excelente para regalar a mamá en su día.

Now with the help of the sewing machine, zig zag stitch along all the edges.
Then hem all the edges.
I recommend washing and then ironing the tablecloth, I didn't do it because of time constraints but it will be more presentable if you do it.
Now my table looks like an original table runner made by myself and it is an excellent idea to give to mom on her day.
