Pronto viene el día de la madre, es bueno nos vayamos preparando. Por aquí hice algo bonito que puede ser de idea para involucrar a los pequeños de la casa, necesitas pocos materiales y el proceso no es muy difícil. Puedes reemplazar algunos materiales por los que tengas disponibles.
Las cajitas transparentes me encantan, me recuerdan los años 80's mi madre conservaba muchas cositas en ellas, en algunas tenía sales aromáticas, sales de baño, me encantaban, tenían un olor muy divino. En esto estuve inspirada y en los antiguos talcos de baño que eran enormes y tenían unos grandes pompones, recuerdo que a mami le encantaban una vez le regalé uno en los 90's luego no los vi más a la venta, recreé el pompón con estambre debajo de la flor, ahora este recipiente decorado, lo puedes usar para envolver un obsequio y hacerlo más especial.

Mother's Day is coming soon, it's good to get ready. Here I made something nice that can be an idea to involve the little ones of the house, you need few materials and the process is not very difficult. You can replace some of the materials you have available.
I love the transparent boxes, they remind me of the 80's, my mother kept many little things in them, in some she had smelling salts, bath salts, I loved them, they had a very divine smell. I was inspired by this and the old bath powders that were huge and had big pompoms, I remember mommy loved them once I gave her one in the 90's then I didn't see them for sale anymore, I recreated the pompom with yarn under the flower, now this decorated container, you can use it to wrap a gift and make it more special.

Había puesto anime debajo de la tapa pero no es necesario porque la flor la pegaré sobre la tapa. sin embargo, ya estaba fijada.
Recorta 14 trozos de cinta de raso N°9 de 8 centímetros de largo.
Luego dobla las esquinas hacia adentro y la fijas con pegamento.

I had put anime under the lid but it is not necessary because I will glue the flower on the lid. however, it was already attached.
Cut out 14 pieces of satin ribbon N°9, 8 centimeters long.
Then fold the corners inwards and fix it with glue.

Voltea el pétalo y vuelve a pegar las dos esquinas hacia adentro.
Toma el pitillo y pega el primer pétalo enrolando.
Los siguientes pétalos los vas pegando de forma intercalada cubriendo los espacios hasta completar los 14.

Toma el estambre y enrolla varias veces con la medida de tu mano, cuando tengas una pompa lo atas en el centro y luego cortas las puntas.
Introdúcelo en el pitillo y aplica pegamento en la rosa, corta el excedente del pitillo.

Take the yarn and roll it several times with the measure of your hand, when you have a pomp tie it in the center and then cut the ends.
Insert it in the straw and apply glue on the rose, cut the excess of the straw.

Quise dejar la transparencia del pote así que solo lo decoré con una cinta delgada en la parte superior, de esta manera podemos ver en su interior.
Aplica pegamento en la parte de abajo del pompón y pégalo en la tapa, si es necesario cortar las puntas del pompón para emparejar hazlo, con ello hemos culminado esta linda decoración para mamá.

I wanted to leave the transparency of the pot so I just decorated it with a thin ribbon on the top, this way we can see inside.

I remember the 80's and all those simple but beautiful little things like these little boxes, they were small but they could contain a heart inside, because of the emotional value of what was inside.
That rose brought back memories of decorations for example on dresses or also on various gifts. The colour you chose is beautiful and to some extent symbolises change. You did it perfectly and the petals are wonderful and shiny. The step-by-step is detailed and clear and that's great for anyone who wants to make this beautiful rose.
