Lejos de tratar de estudiar tanto los fenómenos místicos y leyendas, debemos estudiar más bien el comportamiento humano ante estos... Nos daremos cuenta que aquello que vemos como anormal, puede hacernos ver lo anormales que somos.

¿Cuántos somos fans de Jenna? Yo levanté la mano. Primero el título de la película captó mi atención y cuando revisé los actores, vi que estaba la gran Jenna y ya me mentalicé que va a estar buena.
Ridley (Jenna Ortega), se muestra con un personaje bastante desarreglado, con muchas espinillas, su aspecto personal me puede dar claves de lo que sería el desarrollo de la misma.
Elliot (Paul Rudd) es padre de Ridley, necesitan viajar para estudiar unos fenómenos, durante el viaje por tierra, introducidos en la espesura de un bosque, un unicorno salió sorpresivamente a la carretera y fue arrollado por el vehículo el cual Elliot iba manejando, afortunadamente no les sucedió nada a Elliot y tu padre, sin embargo para el místico animal de sangre azul no fue la misma suerte... Esto pudo desatar una serie de eventos desafortunados para los dos...
Muchas veces me hizo erizar la piel la magia y el misticismo en la película.

How many of us are Jenna fans? I raised my hand. First the title of the movie caught my attention and when I checked out the actors, I saw that the great Jenna was there and I was already psyched that she's going to be hot.
Ridley (Jenna Ortega), is shown with a pretty messy character, with a lot of pimples, her personal appearance can give me clues of what would be the development of it.
Elliot (Paul Rudd) is the father of Ridley, they need to travel to study some phenomena, during the trip by land, introduced in the thicket of a forest, a unicorn suddenly came out on the road and was hit by the vehicle which Elliot was driving, fortunately nothing happened to Elliot and your father, however for the mystical blue-blooded animal was not the same luck ... This could unleash a series of unfortunate events for both of them...
Many times the magic and mysticism in the movie made my skin crawl.

A Elliot no le bastó con arrollar accidentalmente al unicornio sino que lo terminó de aniquilar con una llave para desarmar cauchos. Minutos antes, Ridley no pudo aguantar la tentación de tocar el cuerno del unicornio y eso la trasportó mentalmente a un mágico mundo del cual ella quedó ligada pues su padre cortó la conexión abruptamente golpeando al animal místico.
Elliot sube el animal al vehículo y allí lo llevan.
Ridley pasa por los problemas de un adolescente cualquiera, insegura, encontrando su camino y explorando muchos temas, por su parte su padre Elliot es un hombre de negocios y estudia fenómenos naturales...
Estos cuentan el por qué llegaron tarde a su reunión a los jefes y automáticamente ellos quieren estudiar el animal para extraer los poderes místicos de él.
A todas estas Ridley nunca estuvo de acuerdo y tratará siempre de proteger al animal.

Minutes before, Ridley could not resist the temptation to touch the horn of the unicorn and that mentally transported her to a magical world from which she was linked because her father abruptly cut the connection by hitting the mystical animal.
Elliot puts the animal in the vehicle and is taken there.
Ridley goes through the problems of a teenager, insecure, finding her way and exploring many topics, while her father Elliot is a businessman and studies natural phenomena...
They tell the bosses why they were late for their meeting and they automatically want to study the animal to extract mystical powers from it.
Ridley never agreed and will always try to protect the animal.

¡Ha cobrado vida!
El animal cuasi inmortal y salvaje parece regresar a la vida y los sorprende a todos tratando de escapar del vehículo.
Es lamentable cómo algo tan bello pudo despertar intereses negativos en algunos, por otro lado Ridley siempre trato de proteger.
Tienes que ver cómo se tejen los problemas entre Elliot y sus jefes por la muerte del animal, pero no por su defensa sino por estudiarlo... Aquí vemos mucho de interés personal y avaricia.
Cómo se debilita la relación padre e hija y que a través de la ausencia física de la madre de Ridley, Elliot puede manipularla para que lo apoye en la investigación... Ridley por su parte, comienza una investigación personal, ya que en fotos de la madre pude ver que hay una conexión mística entre ella y el unicornio.
¿En qué se convierte el unicornio? Sus poderes sobrenaturales e inmortalidad lo lleva a despertar una bestia.
Es espectacular, es entretenida, esta llena de misterio y drama, la actuación de cada uno de los actores en cuanto a sus personajes está a la altura, también son actores que conocemos de anteriores películas.
Disfrutarás de los escenarios naturales y la historia misma y ver una vez más a Jenna Ortega interpretando un papel fuerte es siempre un placer.

It has come to life!
The quasi-immortal and wild animal seems to come back to life and surprises everyone trying to escape from the vehicle.
It's unfortunate how something so beautiful could arouse negative interests in some, on the other hand Ridley always tried to protect.
You have to see how the problems are woven between Elliot and his bosses for the death of the animal, but not for his defense but for studying it.... Here we see a lot of self-interest and greed.
How the father-daughter relationship weakens and that through the physical absence of Ridley's mother, Elliot can manipulate her to support him in the investigation.... Ridley for his part, begins a personal investigation, as in photos of the mother I could see that there is a mystical connection between her and the unicorn.
What does the unicorn become? His supernatural powers and immortality lead him to awaken a beast.
It is spectacular, it is entertaining, it is full of mystery and drama, the acting of each of the actors in terms of their characters is up to par, they are also actors we know from previous films.
You will enjoy the natural scenery and the story itself and seeing Jenna Ortega once again playing a strong role is always a pleasure.

Hola linda, si, tiene metáforas bastante, es una manera diferente de abordar el tema que tenemos acostumbrados referente a los unicornios. voy a volver a verla, sin duda
Esta película parece muy diferente a todas esas cosas infantiles sobre unicornios arcoíris que solemos ver, realmente hicieron su tarea y utilizaron la mitología real en lugar de inventarse unicornios aterradores sin sentido. La influencia de Jurassic Park es bastante obvia pero no me parece algo malo porque esa película era increíble y para mi esa fórmula sigue funcionando para las películas de monstruos, aun no la he visto pero la tengo en mi lista 😅
Tienes toda la razón, tiene sus puntos mounstruosos sobre los unicornios cosa que no vemos en cualquier historia sobre estos dulces y misticos animales, también note la influencia de jurasic park en la pelicula, me encantó mucho, volvería a verla.
