I have not wanted to leave the house these last few days, I have felt very tired physically, I do not want to lose my weekly participation in the #BeerSaturday of which it was an honor to be in second place and I am very happy. In the same way it is a good excuse to enjoy alone with this heat, a cold beer or a cocktail with beers while watching a movie to rest the body and mind, it would help me to relax.
The cocktail I present today is with one of my favorite beers and orange soda, if you like you can add fruit, in my personal preference I prefer it this way with just a little ice.
It is a family tradition to have this refreshing drink when we get together to share a homemade lunch or barbecues in green areas.
Its taste is sweet, it refreshes even the spirit. I will give you the recipe and I hope you are encouraged to make it.

No he querido salir de casa estos últimos días, he sentido mucho cansancio físico, no quiero perder mi participación semanal en el #BeerSaturday del cual fue un honor quedar en el segundo lugar y estoy muy feliz. De igual manera es una buena excusa para disfrutar a solas con este calor, una cerveza fría o un coctel con cervezas mientras vemos una película para descansar el cuerpo y la mente, me ayudaría a relajarme.
El coctel que les presento hoy es con una de mis cervezas favoritas y refresco de naranja, si gustas puedes agregar frutas, en mi preferencia personal lo prefiero así solo con poco hielo.
Es tradición familiar esta bebida refrescante para cuando nos reunimos a compartir almuerzo hecho en casa o parrillas en áreas verdes.
Su sabor es dulce, refresca hasta el espíritu. Les daré la receta y espero que se animen a hacerla.

For this version of family cocktail you need:
- Orange flavored soda.
- A beer.
- Ice cubes
- A couple of glasses
I noticed that my soda was frozen so there was no need to pour ice. We can prepare it in a pitcher or individually in each glass.
Divide the drink equally, add the beer in the glass first.

Para esta versión de cóctel familiar necesitas:
-Refresco de sabor a naranja.
-Una cerveza.
-Hielo
-Un par de vasos
Noté que mi refresco estaba congelado así que no hubo necesidad de echar hielo. Lo podemos preparar en una jarra o individual en cada vaso.
Divide en partes iguales la bebida, agrega primero la cerveza en el vaso.

Add the soda to the glass with the beer and that's it. If necessary stir a little, I like it that way, rustic, strong and sweet.
I like the taste of Polar Light beer in cans, I don't know what difference it can make, but I also prefer certain alcoholic beverages that come in cans, their taste is purer and they have more gas, it is very pleasant to feel the gas bubbles while I enjoy the drink.
Each can of beer can yield for two cocktail drinks, as I am alone, it is more than enough.

Agrega el refresco al vaso con la cerveza y listo. Si es necesario remueve un poco, a mí me gusta así, rústico, fuerte y dulce.
Me gusta el sabor de la cerveza Polar Light en lata, no sé qué diferencia puede tener, pero también prefiero ciertas bebidas alcohólicas que vienen en lata, su sabor es más puro y tienen más gas, es muy agradable sentir las burbujas de gas mientras disfruto la bebida.
Cada lata de cerveza puede rendir para dos bebidas de cóctel, como estoy sola, es más que suficiente.

Polar Light beer is ideal for these moments, it is lower in calories and 0.5% less alcoholic content, I recommend one with these characteristics.
It was great to finish watching the movie "Labyrinth" with the spectacular David Bowie who I love his style, I love the old movies of the 80's, the cinema, music and art of that time were definitely the best and the best. I had not seen this movie, but as my algorithm is already used to see old movies, it suggested me this one that I don't remember to have seen it, it is divine, it reminded me of "The never ending story" with the same effects and the same fantasy.
From here, from my most intimate space, I share with you, a family tradition enjoying a few beers, with a nice story to tell. There are many sweet memories, appropriate for the sweet beer cocktail, very easy to prepare. An exquisite drink, able to help us cool off on a hot day, strengthen family connections, friendships and even with ourselves, like me today.

La cerveza Polar Light es ideal para estos momentos, es más baja en calorías y un 0.5% menos de grado alcohólico, recomiendo una con estas características.
Fue estupendo terminar de ver la película "Labyrinth" con el espectacular David Bowie a quien amo su estilo, me encantan las películas viejas de los 80's el cine, la música y el arte de esa época definitivamente eran lo máximo y lo mejor. No había visto esta película, pero como mi algoritmo ya está acostumbrado a que veo películas viejas, me sugirió esta que no recuerdo haberla visto, es divina, me recordó a "The never ending story" con los mismos efectos y la misma fantasía.
Desde aquí, desde mi espacio más íntimo, comparto con ustedes, una tradición familiar disfrutando de unas cervezas, con una linda historia qué contar. Son muchos recuerdos dulces, apropiados para el dulce cóctel de cerveza muy fácil de preparar. Un trago exquisito, capaz de ayudarnos a refrescarnos en un día caluroso, fortalecer conexiones familiares, amistades y hasta con nosotros mismos, como yo hoy.

I have also noticed same that can beers likely have gas excessively. But gas is not good for the body too, so what should I do to detox my system of gas? Any idea?
When you pour beer into a glass, a lot of carbonation is lost. It's not the same as drinking it straight from the bottle as it is when you pour it into a glass. I've noticed that it loses a lot of carbonation that way. I'm aware that it's not good for your health in any way.
