summer fog in Stavern harbor

it's not common but once in a while we get a foggy day in the summer. it's more common other times of the year but then there are not so many sailboats in the guest harbor. many sailors choose to come in to dock and relax rather than try to navigate in the fog. there are some shoals along the coast that aren't much of an issue for shallow draft boats but can be very dangerous for deep draft vessels suited for blue water sailing. so i took a walk around the harbor to capture the scene as best i could.
