Beach cats at the massage parlour
we were enjoying our holiday on Khudle beach in Gokarna. one of the features of the hotel we were staying at was that they had an ayurvedic massage parlor attached to it. it is a separate business but housed on the side of the hotel facing the wonderful beach. the availability of a quality ayurvedic massage close to our room was one of the reasons we chose this hotel in particular. so after a nice relaxing swim in the warm Arabian Sea we stopped by the massage parlour to see if they could take us on the spot or at least book an appointment.
well to our surprise the manager was not there and the masseusse and masseur or as they say at respectable establishments, the massage therapists were inside occupied with clients. the guard on duty at the office was asleep on the table. sound asleep. it was shockingly negligent because...
the chairs were occupied by clients patiently waiting to be attended to
all the chairs. the younger clients has already become visibly restless
what started off as playful frolicking turned into direct jostling right there in the open air waiting room at the hotel
then all of a sudden the youth began shamelessly bothering the older woman who apparently had become so tired of waiting that she was taking a little cat nap.
we told them to leave the poor woman alone but they ignored us completely and kept at it
the guard on duty slept through it all, not the least bit disturbed by the incident. we began thinking this sort of behavior was routine at this joint and went to report the matter to the hotel reception. there they calmly informed us not to worry, it happens all the time and that the manager will soon return and be very happy to book our appointments.
Wow, there are so many cats, all beautiful, how cute, all waiting 🤭❤️🐈⬛
yeah they all wanted a nice massage to get them purring
