White to play and get an advantage

I really like the London System and this time it comes from Arjun Erigaisi during the ongoing Chess Olympiad. We see that black managed to exchange the bishops on white squares, which is strategically sound, as that bishop targets the black king. However, white has modern ideas such as making an early h4 and delaying castling to facilitate the attack on the kingside. Right now Black went off the rails with ...Ne4? and White can at least gain a pawn and get a powerful attacking position. What is the most optimal way to materialize it?
