Priorizando su crecimiento personal y organizacional //Prioritizing your Personal And Organizational Growth [ESP-ENG]

Te saludo y te celebro, me alegro de que hayas llegado a otro hermoso día, el año sigue siendo virgen y todos necesitamos aprovechar la frescura y las increíbles posibilidades que conlleva.

A medida que participas de manera efectiva en tus actividades diarias, es de gran importancia que te conviertas en uno de los primeros en tu lista de prioridades. En mi última publicación hablé sobre mantener el enfoque, pero hoy quiero agregar que tu crecimiento se convierte en la máxima prioridad.

Estarás de acuerdo conmigo en que ningún hombre es más alto que su cabeza, tu altura explica los límites de tu crecimiento ya que el contenido de tu mente define quién eres realmente, quizás estés bien vestido pero a medida que desprendes el contenido de ti mente, la realidad comienza a manifestarse.

Priorizar tu crecimiento en mi opinión es la mayor obsesión que cualquier emprendedor debería tener. Sé que tenías algunas proyecciones en el año de actividad recién concluido, pero la verdad es que la duración de tu éxito dependía de tu estado de crecimiento personal. Ahora que el año acaba de comenzar, es necesario y también crítico mirar cuidadosamente los pocos consejos que estoy a punto de compartir.

• Establece tus objetivos de crecimiento

Sé que tienes tu visión claramente establecida, pero en este punto debes definir tus objetivos con preocupaciones específicas para medir tu crecimiento periódicamente.

Si está haciendo planes para aumentar sus ingresos en un 20% o un 30%, tendrá que explicarlo claramente, de modo que su equipo y todos los que corren con usted tengan como objetivo el mismo crecimiento al mismo tiempo.

• Identifique claramente sus impulsores de crecimiento

Muchas veces descubrirás que algunas áreas de tu compromiso responden al crecimiento más que otras, no es que otras alguna vez no lo intenten pero a algunos les va mejor, será un acto de negligencia si le pones la misma atención a todos, tan pronto como identifiques algunas áreas que impulsan el crecimiento, aprovechaslas mientras otros continúan también.

Tomemos como ejemplo a un avicultor: usted trajo 100 aves, con la misma calidad y cantidad de alimentación, pero algunas se estancan por defecto. Esto no significa que odien crecer, pero por alguna razón, no pueden crecer al mismo nivel incluso cuando consumen tanto tiempo y recursos como otras, pero tendrá que identificarlas, posiblemente dar las preocupaciones deseadas

• Allocar recursos

Se recomienda encarecidamente la necesidad de estructurar la asignación de recursos cuando se hayan identificado los principales impulsores del crecimiento. Esto requerirá la necesidad de dedicar tiempo, presupuesto y miembros del equipo basándose en su capacidad para iniciativas de crecimiento.

• Concentrarse en la influencia

Debes aprovechar las posibilidades a tu alcance, como la tecnología y las relaciones, e intentar hacer lo mejor que puedas para lograr cosas que tengan un mayor impacto en tu compromiso. Usted como persona es limitado, pero cuando se centra en la influencia, como he mencionado, le dará un gran impulso a su camino de crecimiento.

Esta es mi rutina personal al comienzo de cada nueva temporada para mantenerme en movimiento. Por favor, no se una a la banda de personas que solo desean crecer pero no han tomado ninguna acción proporcional que priorice el crecimiento personal y organizacional. I salute you and celebrate you, am glad you made it to another beautiful day, the year is still a virgin and we all need to take advantage of the freshness and the amazing possibilities that comes with it.

As you engage effectively on your daily endeavor, it is of great importance that your become one on the top list of your priorities, ln my last post l talked about staying focus but today l want to add that your growth as a person and as an organization becomes the topmost priority.

You will agree with me that no man is taller than his head, your height explains the boundaries of your growth as such the content of your mind defines who you truly are, you maybe well dressed but as you pour out the content of you mind, the real you begin to play out.

Prioritizing your Growth in my opinion is the greatest obsession any entrepreneur should have, l know you had may projections in the just concluded activity year but the truth is that the length of your success was dependent on your personal growth status. Now that the year is just beginning, it is needful and also critical to look carefully at the few tips that am about to share.

• Set Your Growth Goals

I know you have your vision clearly stated but you must at this point define your goals with specific concerns to measure your growth periodically.

Are you making plans to increase your revenue by 20% or 30%, you will have to spell it out, so that your team and everyone running with you will aim at the same growth target at the same time.

• Clearly Identify Your Growth Drivers

Many times you will discover that some areas of your engagement response to growth more than others, not that other once are not trying but some are doing better, it will an act of negligence if you invest the same attention to all, as soon as you identify some areas that drives growth, you take advantage of them while others continue as well.

Take for instance a poultry farmer, who brought in a hundred birds, same quality and quantity of feeding but some become stunted by default, it doesn't mean they hate to grow but for some reasons, they can't grow as expected even when they consume as much time and resources as others, but you will have to identify them, possibly give concerns as desired.

• Allocate resources

The need to to structure resources allocation is highly recommended when you have identified your key growth drivers. This will necessitate the need to dedicate time, budget, and team members base on their capacity to growth initiatives.

• Focus on leverage

You must take advantage of possibilities within reach, like technology and relationships try your best in doing things that have bigger impact on your engagement. You as a person is limited but when you focus on leverage like l have mentioned, will give a great boast to your growth journey.

This is my personal routine at the beginning of every new season to keep me moving, please do not join the band wagon of persons who only wish to grow but have not taken any commersurate action that prioritize personal and organizational growth.
