Life is filled with surprises and uncertainties, one minute you have everything all planned out and suddenly the plan falls short. Everyone trying to do their best with whatever resources they have but the bitter truth is that, most things don't really turn out the way we want them to be. It might just be a slight change but it changes the entire direction of a person's life.
We all are born as a blank slate but yet as fragile as we might seem at the moment of our birth, our parents will look at us, having a purpose for us in mind. In a world filled with uncertainties but yet they dared to assume things we go as they plan, isn't that strange? Just like every other human on earth, we grow older in a chaotic world and start forging our own paths, just like everyone else.
Growing is a constant thing for every human that isn't dead yet but life has never been about growth. I know what you might be thinking, I find it quite outrageous too but I found out that we mostly mistake growth for progress. Moreover growth have lot of categories, which means you might be experiencing growth physically as every ordinary human being but you might not be progressing. Financially, academically, mentally, spiritually e.t.c there are lot of sides to it, you see?

Having to manage all these, pressure and anxiety starts building, knowing how unstable the financial world is anything could happen at any moment which could jeopardise the aim of a person to achieve financial stability and the position of such person in the society. The moment you get carried away by this thought you become a ghost of yourself, obsessing over it and forgetting all other important stuffs that matters in life just ensure financial stability.
Getting carried away by this obsessive attitude of what is needed to be achieved seems like a forever journey and to make things worst the world of finance has a longer life span than humans, which means eventually when you are gone your worries will no longer matter all that matters are the memories you left behind, which you might have failed to create due to your obsession over aims and objectives towards earning societal validation, which the society happens to be the greatest advocate of this obsessive attitude.
As a a human, there is a limit to what our brain and body can withstand, we must always try as much as possible to maintain mental stability because for some people it might lead to depression or in worst case scenario suicide.
Over the years it has become more easier for me to withstand stress through this various tactics.
1) Rest: After a very stressful day take a shower and sleep for awhile, it allows the brain to reset, there are a lot of individual that work 24 hours a day without giving themselves time to rest, the body is not a machine, the brain being the control room of the body needs some rest, during those days being a student, especially during exams, it is rare for me to read when it is sunny or I just came back from writing a paper, immediately after I got home I will eat, clean up and sleep. I set my alarm to read at night for at least 3 hours then I go back to sleep and revise all I have read in the morning before the exam.
2) Consume healthy nutritional food: Maintaining an healthy diet is very important, which contains nutritional elements such as vitamin D, which increases cognitive abilities and reduce the rate of memory loss. As a person I'm a foodie, I don't joke with foods. Apart from that I always ensure I consume nutritional supplements or substances to boost my mental health.
3) Express yourself more often: Most people may not really understand the value of this but it is very important, it is a form of therapy, in most cases after we encounter a stressful event or some kind event that has stirred up our anger and emotions, having someone to talk to or something can reduce the effect. As a person, though I have a small circle of friends and you know these days it is very difficult to trust others with sensitive matters but for me it has always been easy for me to express myself because I don't need a person to do that, I'm writer and a poet, most times I express myself by writing poems. It is my way of expressing myself, in fact my best poems are written when I'm sad, confused or depressed, they are always so emotional. This differs for different individuals, you just have to identify a way to express your emotions.
4) Avoid stress: They are some situations when we can avoid stressful situations, engaging in unnecessary stress is not good for mental health which affects mental stability. The moment you detect that an event will require you to stress yourself unnecessary, abstain from it.
5) Go on vacation:Anxiety and pressure is part of life, it is not going anywhere, the best we can do is manage it, a change of environment can do that. Most people are due for vacation, visit the beach, zoo or anywhere that makes you feel excited and relaxed.

I agree with you, there is a limit to what our brain and body can withstand. That go on vacation is for rich people now, whT if we dont have money for vacations
We don't necessarily have to go on luxurious vacations, visiting a friend or family member for a while is also part of it.
