RE: Is AI a Boon or a Bane in the Digital Space

It's funny how some people don't see the good side of this invention. I was traveling with a doctor some months ago and he brought a topic about a doctor who used his phone ascertain certain informations on how to go about a patients situation, in the process of making research, the patient noticed and refused to be attended to by the doctor. According to him, the patient said the doctor doesn't know his work.
I was of that opinion too until I read your post. It's high time we embrace technology and growth and let go of our analog mentality. I know it doesn't make sense for a doctor to make research while with a patient but come on, we are in the digital age. It's even best for him to make research than to run a guess work, LOL.
AI has more advantages than disadvantages,we just need to know, how, when and where to use it.
I won't blame the patient, because we have abusers. I heard of a case where someone used AI as a guide to operate on a patient for the first time, and it had complications... I allow the nurse to treat me because I can vouch for her since she has treated me before...
It is ok to use AI to confirm and gain more knowledge, but not to be too dependent on it, especially when saving life.
Hmm, quite scary, personally, I won't allow anyone to operate me with AI as guide, say wetin happen 😂
You are right sir, over dependence on AI is something we all should avoid
