My Dreem Teem

When I was still a child, anytime my mom wanted to send me on an errand and she needed me to go fast she would say go alone, don't go with anyone, I want you to run as fast as you can. But anytime she is sending me somewhere far, she always says call your friend to go with you. Anytime I ask her why she always says "When you are working and discussing, you won't see the distance".

In as much as walking alone is full of speed and void of distractions, it has a lot of limitations, there's this common saying "It's not about the starting, it's the finishing". So going fast isn't really the problem, will you reach the finishing line? And if you should reach, will you reach there strong?

I have walked along alone for some time and I know how it feels, at some point you will need someone around to cheer you up, at some point, you will need someone to carry you on your shoulders and you see that's what walking alone does not warrant. That's why most people who love working alone suffer depression often.

A lot of the things we see in existence in the world today came into being as a result of teamwork. I know most of the ideas might first start with a man but a point will reach, when others will be needed for it to continue to exist.

There are so many advantages attached to teamwork, I won't be able to mention them here as it is not the purpose for this post. But having the right kind of team is the most important thing, if you have the right kind of people as your teammates you will succeed but if you have the wrong ones, that might be a huge setback for you.

Without any waste of time, here are the people I would love to have as my Dreem teammates, @dwixer, @hopestylist, and @princessbusayo

Their Duties

There is nothing sweeter than having someone around to always cheer you up, praise you, and reignite the fire whenever it is going out. Basically what I would be needing from these individuals is just motivation. Of course, motivation can come in different ways, it could be words of encouragement, it could be tireless efforts in reminding me of my goals, and so on. It may sound casual but trust me there is so much work attached to giving someone all the reasons not to give up

Why them?

I have been with these individuals for a while now, I have studied their lives and I realized that they are just the right kind of individuals to be with. These are people whom I have not met in person before but without them, I don't think I would have reached where I am today on hive. Apart from trying to help me grow directly their lives alone are a great motivation for me on hive.

These are individuals who are selfish, love to see others grow, and are very hard-working. Their lives have really impacted me. Having people like them as my teammates is the best thing that will ever happen to me.

What qualities do they have?

These people are people of resilience, very hardworking, full of energy and love. Yeah, where all things fail, love prevails. This is why I believe that when I am with them even if all things fail they will never turn their backs on me. They will always have my back and hold my hands till I achieve my Dream.
