My Inleo Feedback For May

It's that time of the month again where we give our personal feedbacks on our user experience on Inleo. The inleo team have been working relentlessly to ensure a bug free user experience. Their efforts have been paying off significantly and I really appreciate how much work they put in to improve the inleo frontend. One thing I admire about the team is how fast they respond to feedbacks and work on the complains, it doesn't take so long before we see the good results and improvements we ask for.

At the start of the month, I had so much frustrating moments trying to get into the frontend. It always take me to an error page and doesn't load at all after that.I use the Chrome browser mostly, it's the most common anyway but when the frontend starts giving issues, I try the Brave browser or even Firefox. I know a lot of time where I had to try opening the front-end from various browser but it doesn't respond. My pictures doesn't index at all. It was so much work having to load my images somewhere else before copying and pasting in the front-end. That was at the start of the month though, the Inleo team worked on the bugs and everything was fixed in no time, the front-end starts working normally. I don't know if it's a bug problem or if any other person is experiencing it, sometimes my frontend keeps logging me out . I may be in the middle of making my post and my account gets logged off, then I have to start logging in all over again. It happens quite frequently, most times it refuses to log into my account entirely. Maybe it's a bug or may be not.

I always use the front-end for my long form posts everytime and one yhing I still haven't figured out how it works is how to save my work and make it stay. It gets really frustrating when, there's a network glitch and my work gets missing and I have to start all over again. The 'publish' space in my frontend is always on auto-save drafts but it haven't ever worked.

I know times where I have to click the on&off button just to be sure I'm doing things the right way, still nothing. I don't know, is there something I have to do first so my drafts can save each time I want to leave my work pending to finish up later? I really need a few tips on that.

I read a post @ifarmgirl made about her feedback, please permit me to refer to your post. I couldn't agree more when she talked about adding the word count feature at the 'publish' space. The word count feature is one of the reasons I don't type directly from the frontend. I type my work on elsewhere then copy-paste to the my frontend before editing and publishing. I would really love to do everything from the frontend because why not? So if the Inleo team can add that feature, that would be really nice and I know they can.

Additionally, I just subscribed to the Inleo Premium and I must say, it's been really wonderful being able to edit my threads instead of deleting them entirely, I love that. However, I have been trying to customize my frontend like switching to a different color as one of the perks a premium user enjoys but it just does work, is that a bug problem too? Each time I try, it always pops on something like this;

Also, I'm still trying to figure out how the 'Auto Ai summarize works'. While using the frontend from my phone I noticed that when trying to add the tags, it doesn't automatically index when you click enter or space.

Anyways, it was nice having the team fix a whole lot of bugs throughout the month. My user experience would be like 90% and I appreciate all the efforts the team are putting on and I hope they do more in subsequent times.
