There's a reasn it is important to measure growth at every point in one's life. How do you know you're doing well? How do you know you need more improvement? How fo you eben kjow it's time to stop. A lot of times we get stuck in our dreams and hopes of achieving a result but we fail to stop and think if we're actually on the right course, if what we're busy chasing and toilkng so hard for is even what it in the first place.
At every point in our lives, in our quest to reach for dreams and goals, we should take some time to pause and think about how far we have gone, how far will still have to go and what we can do better. Reviews are a way to criticise out ambitions constructively. You can disvover more ways to do something better. Smarter ways to reach and goal and even effective ways to tackle a problem, which we might not have thought about at the beginning.
While it is good to be excited about teaching a target, let's remember to evaluate our journey. Else we might reach the dead end and realize we would have done something better with our precious time and efforts and it would've been too late. Think anout how deep the water is be fore jumping in.
