Hungry army on the leaves

I came across this scene while walking in the garden.
The bright orange insects are busy eating their food!
How they are digging holes in the corners of the leaves.

I took the picture and stared at it for a while, fascinated.

So small, yet there is a kind of order among them, a life cycle.

Nature is truly amazing.
Small stories are happening before our eyes every day — only we don't notice them.
