The journey might seems impossible, but keep pushing and holding up/ my experience with my dad's elder brother

For every great man or woman you admired in this life has passed through a life of difficulties and challenges. There will be no greatness without pain or sadness. Nothing in this life comes easy and without a price to pay.

My father's elder brother was a formal commissioner of revenue and ministry of works in Lafia, nasarawa state Nigeria. I asked him daddy what have you done to have come this far and have obtained this kind of high position in your life. He looked at me and smiled and said my son, nothing in this life comes easy and without paying a price. And while you are paying the price, It will be very difficult and tough for you to bear. At times you will feel like giving up but never give up in whatever you are doing as long as is it the right path. He told me how he started his journey, how he felt like giving up but refused to allow the situation to weigh him down.

He told me how other people they have started together has given up at the course of the journey but he told himself there's a great destiny awaits him in the future, so he won't give up. He sold some of his land properties and assets to invest in some businesses, he borrowed money from people to do business. He said he did a lot of things while hustling and investing that time . He could literally felt giving up because of the failure and stagnation but decided not to give up.

He further said, let me tell you something my son, this journey might seems impossible, achieving your goals and dreams might seems impossible to you now, but keep pushing and holding up firmly. One day you will reap the result or outcome of your hard work and endurance.

If you have gotten your dreams and goals cheaply in life, you will not value it. Those tough situations and circumstances you are facing and passing through now are meant to strengthen you and make you realized it worth when you finally get those things you are pursuing in life.

Situations around you might weigh you down if you don't stay strong enough and keep your head in the goals you are hoping to achieve someday. Even if other people might have given up you should not give up because you all have different destination and destiny to achieve. Put your efforts to whatever you are doing and do it well, one-day the outcome will be blossom.

At times discouragement will come your way from your friends and even your family telling you to give up because you have done your best yet is not working out well . They will even give you reasons to give up and mention some people you know that have done the same thing and has given up because of some certain reasons. Never accept any negative advices, you know what you want and what you want to achieve in life so stick to your goals and your plans.

Fulfilling those dreams and achieving those vision is not easy and it won't come so easy and cheap to you. You must continue striving higher and investing in some lucrative business you could lean your hands on them. I am grateful for the things my dad's elder brother had told me and I have learned a lot from him.

Do not let anything or anyone destroy or take you away from your dreams and visions, always make plans towards it and have a steady firm foundation on God to give you strength and wisdom to fulfill your dreams. One-day you will surely reap the result of pain and struggles when you overcome everything and become successful.
