Mr and Mrs Daniel Kpani Child Dedication Thanksgiving Service Yesterday At ERCC Zion Gate Akwanga.

Yesterday we had an amazing day with family and friends, from far and near distance came for the child dedication thanksgiving of Mr and Mrs Daniel Kpani at ERCC Zion Gate Akwanga of Nasarawa State. They got married last year 2024 October 14th and yesterday November 16th 2025 was their child dedication.

This is Mr and Mrs Daniel Kpani standing before the church and Reverend incharge of the local church assembly taking dedication oath and how to train up this child in a way that will please the Lord and in accordance to the scriptural standard.

The Reverend incharge said something that got the whole church members laughing yesterday. He said when a woman got pregnant for 9 months, the baby belongs to her alone. When she's nursing and breastfeeding the baby, the baby still belongs to her alone. But the moment the baby started growing and walking and running around the community, the baby belongs to her and the community.

Because once the baby start associating with people in the community, if he misbehave the community can punish him and he will be taught a lesson for his misbehavior and she should not complaint or asked who beat or punished her child.

That's why at that stage the baby belongs to her and family and the community because all of them will watch over the child as he associates with people and does things together with people in the community. We all laughed hearing such words from the Reverend incharge and of course children doesn't belong to the father or mother alone, but for the entire community. After the child dedication we came home and eat food and took some pictures.

This is Esther, the groom's younger sister, an amazing personality I have met yesterday. We took some adorable pictures and have a long gists together with her.

This is Grace, the bride niece, she came from Lafia to celebrate with them over the thanksgiving service. We took an amazing pictures together as well, she talked freely and speaks friendly despite the fact meeting her for the first time.

Yesterday was an indeed a remarkable day to remember. A family coming together to celebrate the joy of one another shows a proof of love and togetherness. As a family we should show love and support each in any possible ways we can.
