Feeling good in times of difficulties
Hello everyone, hello hive community and feel good members. Today is my first time of posting and sharing my thoughts and experiences here with you guys. I was introduced to this amazing hive community "FEEL GOOD" by a good brother @ovey10 and I will discuss about how to feel good in a difficult situations. Prepare your heart and read through, am sure you gonna learn from my experience and I will equally learn from yours as well.
To be able to feel good in a moment of difficulties is about mindsets, perspective and inner peace no matter the challenges you face as a person.
Most at times, to feel good comes from doing simple things like listening to your favorite songs or music, playing games, going out for hangout with friends, communicating with people you love and trust . Engaging yourself with all those things will definitely transfer you into how to experience hardship or difficulties to excitement and gladness. Is a matter of reflecting on those things that makes you happy all the times and that you're thankful for.
It's normal to feel stressed or sad in difficult times, especially everytime you view or remembered your setbacks, hurtful moments and sadness experienced and losses experienced. When you think about those painful things you passed through in life can make you lose focus and make you think there's nothing good about life anymore.
But even in moments of suffering and strugglings, try to identify those things that make you smile and happy and grateful, then ignite your joy with it and focus on the present moments that's giving you excitement and happiness. Allowing oneself to feel good and think about good things that will help you have some sense of relief and strength and with such inner strength you can endure the hardships and grow through the hardships to a better life.
This life is full of challenges and struggles, and you can never escape any of them as long as you are still alive. Just make sure you prioritize yourself and wellbeing. Let go of bad things , bad behaviors and bad people that doesn't add anything valuable and tangible to your life.
Always stay with good people, your loved ones and do some certain things together will make you feel good even in a difficult situations.
Never stay alone or lonely, because loneliness will give room to bad thoughts and it will eventually overwhelmed your mind and your heart will be full of sadness and pained because of difficult moments or experiences that comes your way.
Meditate on good things, and have a sober and good reflection on positive mindset. Each time you find yourself in a hard moment try to find lessions in such challenging moment and learn from it and move on. Don't keep malice with anyone and don't keep holding on to grudges for long.
It's very good to admit and acknowledge the difficult moments in your life, it shows you're on a process of life but make sure you find a way of escaping and knowing how to manage the moment of displeasure and difficulties and develop a positive way you help yourself escaping difficult and tough moments.
It doesn't matter what's going on with you or what had happened to you, make sure you find every reason to feel good and to be happy again.
