Similar to you, I also never really liked abstracts - they never spoke to me when I was younger. Now, I tend to see art for what it is (whatever we are really) and I suppose that's the beauty of it...it can mean a million different things to a million different people.
I haven't done anything abstractish in a long time, maybe I need to.

That's exactly what I think and that's exactly how it is. We can all see different things and that's the beauty of it.
I should try it out too :)
