WORKING WITH THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY ALL IN ONEπŸ˜€

When i first saw this week's prompt especially the second topic, a lot of options ran into my head, of course i will be more than glad to share in my experience if you'll be my guestπŸ˜€....

Right so i'm a pastery chef, and i'm blessed to have had vaste experience, exposure and knowledge of the baking world, this also have exposed me to working with all manner of bosses, with different personalities, this aspect too i have learnt and has helped shaped my perspective about work environment, ethics, culture, staffs management and relationship above all administrative technique for effective working habit that produces result as desired by the management.

I'm always keen on learning so i pay close attention to observing and learning in the process while working. .

In All of these Bosses, i enjoyed a side to them that i have carried with me, you can literally say someone is good or bad because first those adjectives are reality, meaning whats good to you can be bad to me and vice versa so i don't competely judge or percieve them to be either what i do is to understand their personalities and temperament and working with them accordingly.

However my last boss was a very dramatic woman she posses both the good, the bad and the ugly side, one time she's acting so good, kind and very generous, the next moment she's all fired up, yeiling and cursing, the next moment she's acting in a way you can not wrap your head around what's exactly really is the problem, and because of these she has been one hell of a difficult person to understand and get along with, however if you get to properly understand her personality, priorities which is all about her business and her products you can be rest assured of sleeping in her safe haven...

My personal experience: there was a time i ran out of stock for production, i kept reporting to the store manager about it, the reply was same for days, i report same to my boss who told me to report to the store manager, so she was aware, few days after that she saw me seating and started yeiling at me for not working, when i told her the reason she shouted even more threatening to sub charge for it and withheld my salary for that month even when this wasn't my fault, after month end, she did withheld my salary for the whole of the nextmonth even after several pleading and trying to let her understand it wasn't my fault, it hurt me so bad i was to resign the next month end, when she called me into the office, After talks, paid up my outstanding salary arrears of two months at once, offered me a promotion with a salary increment and a good working condition, i'm like who is this woman, so i was confuse between leaving and staying, i finally had to stay for another couple of month before officially resigned.

My Ex-boss i believe has a temperament issues she can be cool as ice one moment and the next she is raging outloud like a volcano erupting from the earth, but i was able to learn a thing or two from, i understand that she priorities her business and her products, it doesn't matter what you need r whatever cost to get it she will order for it, but if in the case anything goes wrong and it affects her production and products, you won't like the person who just laughed with you one second ago.

It is a good thing to study people to know what they are up to. She withheld your salary and offered you a promotion in the following month, that's crazy broπŸ˜‚.

I can only imagine how much of such you have witnessed.

Amazing expository i must confess. Your ex boss has almost same business attitude as the first Boss I had. She takes her business so serious she would literally erupt for making her business go bad despite her relationship with you

Lol that Boss must have been facing some unknown illness πŸ˜‚ why the drastic change of heart?

Still cool you got to enjoy the promotion before finally resigning lol.

Definitely it really takes a brave heart to be able to work with her, if not you can start working today and resigned tomorrow πŸ˜‚

My former boss happened to like others but just developed hatred for me. I worked in this place for a very long time before quitting. Yours was just somehow wicked and somehow cool.
