WHAT'S YOUR MOTIVATION TO HUSTLE

okay, so i have to let this out, cause its no longer funny, at this point in time its like our loyalty had been bought at the highest bidder, so we have to hustle our brains out to get along daily, however that is not the anchor point of this post, well some how link to it.

The economy is really harsh on us, and it has come to the point were we have to hustle despite whats at stake, the core motives for hustle becomes the incentive we get, its money motivated, and those at the hem of affairs caught this and utilises the entire situation to their advantage for instance, a colleague of mine at the office who's a shawarma chef, has now been tasked by my boss to also issues stocks to other departments this despite been very tasking, he was wiling to do it, so he has to work straight shift from morning till evening, closing very late sometimes amd has to return back the folllwing morning, this he did for almost a month with no partner to help out, my Colleague was willing to do this because of the extra cash involved, sometime i feel for him, however he was willing and ready.

Then there is a friend of mine who is good at his skills, he fixes phone and does electrical stuffs but he isn't persuaded by anything to hustle, guy is so relaxed and comfortable, despite the economy and turn out of things, just relaxing at home from dusk to dawn, all day, all week, for months, i go out everyday on my way to work and i see several people going to and fro their business, hustling a little there and here, like the economy automatically pushes you out of your comfort zone, sets you on your toe and get you moving, so at this point its no longer you looking for opportunity or waiting for one, its get you creating opportunities out of anything and leveraging on it to your advantage, so i am most times burden by it but i got no choice i can't determine how someone else choose to love their lives, i can't be a control freak and i hate it, cause everyone got their life to live, our path to destiny and fulfilling purpose is quite different.

So if someone cannot wake up to reality to face live and take responsibility for every out come in their lives so be it, i guess we all have our different approach to hustle, whatever is our motivation to hustle is what we hold dearly.

i most times weigh the both option here is one guy who is willing to hustle so hard to match up with reality among many others out there, then there is another guy who is very relaxed and alright, no matter whats at stake is ever willing to go out of a comfort zone.

I at my own end, believe in handling reality, taking control of our reality rather than leave everything to chance and fate, life is whatever you say and decide it is, its like some one handing over to you a plan paper and a pen telling you to either draw or write whatever you wish for, and whatever you pen down is what you get out of it, its not that easy cause you need to get it so perfect, any mistake erase the previous one and so you start all over, so you need to be intentional, purposeful, determined, focus, ready to get it perfect even if you fail a million time go back again keep writing keep drawing when its perfect you have it, life is far beyond guess works.

Don't blame the system, don't blame the government, don't blame anybody take sole responsibility for whatever you get out of it.
