QUITTING MY JOB TO BECOME FULL-TIME BLOGGER ON HIVE

Hello everyone, i bringing you greetings from my end here, i hope you all doing great..right?....yah most of us right now running around trying to catch the next available bus to the office to avoid running late and been penalise for it at the end of the month, especially here in Africa were most work ethics are not carried out out probably so the bosses are like gods in their company having the ability to do whatever they wish, cause of no sanction whatsoever...

I was particularly disturbed when one of my colleague then in the office did something wrong and our EMD did the most terrible thing i've ever witness, shs seize their entire salary for it, we thought it was a joke but it wasn't she never paid them their entire salary of $24.45...that is 40,000 Nigerian Naira, like a lot of money atleast for now, two of them thats like $48.90 in total,

so i'm like after these guys toil for an entire month paying transport to work everyday spending a little of what they had, knowing fully well that they will get paid at the end of the month only for their hope to be dashed against the wall, nobody did or say anything, and mind you at this point the situation in our economy was so terrible, so it was really hard to survive, but my boss still did not consider this, she once did the same thing to me.

However that is not really why i tendered my resignation letter altho still a part of it, being a Nigerian alone gives you a strong sense of survival through the toughest condition, however i feel its time i round up my stay and focus more on #hive instead, altho working there i've really helped shaped my perfection in baking some knew recipes i learnt there adding to my skills portfolio, i have been part time working as a Pastery chef and partly trying to be active blogging on hive, however this two are my top hobbies, i love to bake as well as i love to write so i found an opportunity to perfectly blend both of them into my daily routine, since my job as Tinaries is part time, mostly on shift, either morning or noon shift, that leave me with half of my day to blog on hive before or after work, it was a tough times for me cause, most times i'm too tired to write after a stressful day at work, but i will still try as much as i can to push beyond myself to pen down my creative idea to blog before the day runs out at twelve.

Well i had a plan, a strategy i had pen down in my jotter, this i have accomplished working there since march to September, a total of seven months, now i'm done its time to focus my writing skills and attention on hive.

Hive To me is a perfect breeding ground to fine-tune my writing skills, i was having a conversation with a friend and i was trying to converse the essence of hive which is give create a platform for authors to create a blog post in their favorite communities, and earn crypto while doing so by those who appreciate their valueable information put out there for public consumption, apart from that i see hive to be on-the-job training scheme for authors who desire to up their game of writing.

My desire to become perfect is basically the reason why i have to quite to focus more on writing, there are lots of ideas Up in my head most of the time while i was working due to how tiring and demanding my job is, plus having enough time to do other things cause my job mostly takes a lot of my time so i'm left with just few hours before i doze off, plus my other big plans to accomplished them before the year runs out.
