HEAT||

Ever since the year started out it's marathon once again, a lot has been on the front line, it's almost like the earth decide to run anti-clockwise, first there wasn't the usual hash harmathan from November down to moat times January ending, instead it occurred around second week of january to February first week, brought along with it so much heat so much staying in doors became so uncomfortable, you literally have to bath three to five times, the heat is unbearable that I could barely take a nap at noon or at night, I'd be tossing back and forth on my bed, some night I woke up unable to sleep till dawn

I really don't know is it just me or it's normal, cause this noon I was sweating profusely as if something was wrong with me, despite the fact that I just finish bathing like few minutes ago, the sweat was literally dripping off my body like you squizzing water off your cloths during laundry.

At first I began noticing this frequently fluctuating power more often, I was shocked because it's unlike this in my area were our family lived in Port Harcourt River state Nigeria, it could go on for like two to three days with a blink of electricity not until I moved down to Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria were I reside here is liken to a GRA Government Residential Area because of its constant 24/7 round the clock power supply, shockingly to me it's literally the same thing as in PH, so I'm like is this a National issue?.

Because the heat alone is making everything uncomfortable and THE PHCN Power Holding Company Of Nigeria is making matters even worst and unbearable, it's affecting everything, I can't published as usual due to power outage, low battery, like today my phone has been dead since morning, I had to wait till in the evening when my neighbor would power his small power generator to charge my device.

This is affecting Businesses a lot cause, when there is no power the cost of running that business doubles, having to purchase fuel, gas, diesel to power Your generator plus cost of servicing, at the end all these cost is pushed to the final consumer which got me to the third INFLATION

INFLATION ||

Without checking it out I recall many years ago when I first knew the meaning of the word inflation it still hadn't left me since then,

The Persistent increase in the price of goods and (or) services within a given period of time

This year holds a new different records all together it's almost tripling, nothing is ever the same, it's almost going up an a daily basis as of today a bag of cement goes for 10,500.00 that is outrageous as of November it was 5,500.00 that is almost 100% increment in price, and so is every item on the market shelve .

All this is sparked from the onset when the initial error was made, steping in to remove the fuel subsidy without a pro-concrete plan on ground to ease the burden of the aftermath of that action.

We're a Nation more dependent on the oil and gas sector than the Agro sector or any others and So everything is tide to sales and exploration of the crude,

The other day I saw a publication of the world bank advising the removable of Electricity subsidy (I never knew our electricity is subsidized too) We're yet to fix this the law makers are now conversing for the removal of electricity subsidy.

The reality here is if you happen to be a salary earner who runs on one source of income it's completely a dead end, the cost of living is constantly going up, on a completely different trajectory, all these happening at once
