Perrita Maravilla [Esp/Eng]

Holis que tal amigos como esta? Por aca reapareciendo despues de unos largos días de estudio que aún no paro de estudiar pero alli vamos, pasando un ratico por aca para no estar tan perdida espero que por alla también esten muy bien.

Para estos días de carnaval quize hacerlo algo a Jade igual que a mi sobrina para que la verdad tuvieran algo que colocarse ya que esta es mi epoca favorita y creanme que si yo pudiera disfrazarme y que no me vean raro lo hiciera.

Hi friends, how are you? I'm back after a few long days of studying, which I still haven't stopped doing, but here we go, spending a little time here so I don't feel so lost. I hope you're all doing well too.

For these carnival days, I wanted to make something for Jade, just like I did for my niece, so that they would have something to wear, since this is my favourite time of year. Believe me, if I could dress up and not look weird, I would.

Para jade inicie con medio metro de tela roja y medio de un azul escarchado que me encanto para hacerle la falda, la verdad es que tenía días buscando opciones y esta me gusto bastante, la mujer maravilla, claro aparte de la avejita.

For Jade, I started with half a metre of red fabric and half a metre of frosty blue fabric that I loved for her skirt. To be honest, I had been looking for options for days and I really liked this one, Wonder Woman, apart from the little bird, of course.

Inicie marcando ambas partes al dobles exactamente dos piezas de cada parte ya que luego estas debemos voltearlas.

Start by marking both sides exactly twice on each piece, as we will then need to turn them over.

Al volteralas ya tenemos la forma y lo que continua es irnos con los detalles en mi caso imprimi el logo para guiarme y lo realize del mismo tamaño en un foamy dorado de escarchas

Once we have turned them over, we have the shape, and the next step is to add the details. In my case, I printed the logo to guide me and made it the same size in gold glitter foam.

Voltié ambas piezas al frente y uni la falda y la camisita y de una vez pegue cierre magico en la parte de la barriguita y de la camisita para asegurarla.

I turned both pieces inside out and joined the skirt and the top together, then immediately attached Velcro fasteners to the tummy area and the top to secure it.

Lo que realmente le da vida al traje son los pequeños detalles, aqui añadi unas estrelas también en foamy para que luciera mas lindo asi como tambien un cinturon dorado para que resaltara el cuel tiene el traje.

What really brings the costume to life are the small details. Here, I added some stars, also made of foam, to make it look prettier, as well as a gold belt to highlight the collar of the costume.

Asi mismo le realize una corona con su estrellita la cual luego no termine porque jade realmente no se deja colocar ni lazos asi que bueno no me anime a terminarla tampoco.

I also made her a crown with her little star, which I didn't finish because Jade really doesn't let me put bows on her, so I didn't feel like finishing it either.

Y asi de linda luce mi niña preciosa, me gusto este traje porque siempre e dicho que Jade tiene un poder especial, mamita la trajo a su vida para no sentirse sola y eso es exactamente lo que a hecho ella luego de que llegó, gracias a su poder, Mamá no se volvió a sentir sola ¡Saludos!

And this is how beautiful my precious little girl looks. I like this outfit because I have always said that Jade has a special power. Mummy brought her into her life so she wouldn't feel lonely, and that is exactly what she has done since she arrived. Thanks to her power, Mummy never felt lonely again. Cheers!
