Nuestro primer día de paseo en bici / Our first day of cycling [Esp/Eng]

Holaaa, ¿cómo están? Espero todos se encuentren de maravilla el día de hoy, la verdad considero que a veces entre las rutinas que podamos tener, amas de casa, mamás, estudiantes, trabajadores, entre otros porque muchas veces asumimos varios de esos roles al mismo tiempo y muchas veces no le queda a uno ni chance de descansar y tiende a generar que tal vez no nos sintamos tan bien.

Hello, how are you? I hope you are all feeling wonderful today, the truth is that sometimes between the routines that we may have, housewives, mums, working students, among others because we often assume several of these roles at the same time and often there is no chance to rest and it tends to generate that maybe we do not feel so good.

Les confieso que para mí fue un día de esos, me sentía full entre las pasantías, informe de pasantías, trabajo especial de grado, vida social, obligaciones, que dije voy a tomar un respiro porque no está bien, no parecía encontrarle solución a tantas cosas a la vez y es completamente sano, lo acepto y también sé que todo es por mi futuro, pero naguara a veces hay días en los que solo provoca salir corriendo. Y bueno, a mi hermana @soyros Y a mí, se nos ocurrió armar nuestras bicis y salir a correr en ellas libres como el viento, cosa que cuando pequeñas nunca pudimos hacer porque no nos dejaban salir. A este plan se nos unieron mis sobrinos Davian y Luisa.

I confess that for me it was one of those days, I felt so full between internships, internship report, special degree work, social life, obligations, that I said I'm going to take a break because it's not good, I didn't seem to find a solution to so many things at the same time and it's completely healthy, I accept it and I also know that everything is for my future, but sometimes there are days when it just makes you want to go running. Well, my sister @soyros and I came up with the idea of building our bikes and riding them free as the wind, something we could never do when we were little because they wouldn't let us go out. My nephews Davian and Luisa joined us in this plan.

Todos salimos muy emocionados de la casa con intenciones de bañarnos en la playa desde un principio. Además, por ser nuestro primer día, mi papá nos acompañó, ya que iban chiquitines con nosotras y se podían cansar, pero déjenme decirles que las cansadas fuimos otras.

We all left the house very excited with the intention of swimming at the beach from the beginning. Also, as it was our first day, my dad went with us, as we had little ones with us and they could get tired, but let me tell you that it was others who were tired.

Después de tanto camino llegamos a la playa donde Davian y Luisa fueron los primeros en salir corriendo a bañarse en la playa porque ambos tenían calor y aman la playa.

After all that walking we arrived at the beach where Davian and Luisa were the first ones to run to the beach for a swim because they were both hot and love the beach.

Nos encontrábamos en playa Puerto Abajo, la cual se encuentra ubicada en el tirano, municipio Antolín del Campo, Margarita, estado Nueva Esparta, la cual por su tranquilidad es la más que visitamos desde niñas, aunque estaba un poco sucia pero tranquila.

We were at Puerto Abajo beach, which is located in El Tirano, municipality of Antolín del Campo, Margarita, Nueva Esparta state, the most quiet beach we have visited since we were children, although it was a bit dirty but quiet.

Por un momento sentí que no tenía nada pendiente, la verdad me olvidé de todo lo demás, recargue mis energías, volví a sentirme yo, sin tanto peso encima.

For a moment I felt that I had nothing pending, I really forgot about everything else, I recharged my energy, I felt like myself again, without so much weight on top of me.

Este paseo también nos sirvió para que ellos corrieran en sus bicis y también compartieran un rato agradable con nosotras, y creo que los objetivos fueron logrados, se bañaron en su playa y subieron felices.

This ride was also useful for them to ride their bikes and also to share a nice time with us, and I think that the objectives were achieved, they bathed in their beach and rode happily.

Para cerrar yo solo les puedo dejar como reflexión Salgan cuando sientan que la rutina los consume corran y hagan cosas que a ustedes los hagan sentir bien consigo mismo y después verán como las soluciones a todos sus problemas comienzan aparecer fácilmente porque siempre tenemos las respuestas en nuestros ojos y básicamente cuando estamos tan cargados de cosas simplemente no queremos ver, hasta el próximo post amigos, bye, besitos.
