Domingo de cejaterapia / Cejaterapia Sunday [Esp/Eng]

Hola a todos, espero que tengan un feliz y lindo domingo y que descansen, hoy es ese día en el que recargamos energías para nuestro inicio de semana el día lunes, hoy es ese perfecto día para relajarnos y compartir en familia las cosas que no podemos hacer cuando estamos trabajando. Para mí los domingos son esos días en los que cuido mi cuerpo, lavo mi cabello, arreglo mis uñas, hidrato mi carita, es el día perfecto para mi cuidado personal.

El día de hoy quería compartirles mi epilación de cejas en casita, ya que debo consentirme hoy y que mejor manera que esta, lo primero que les puedo decir sobre esto es que cuando hacemos epilación con cera en casa debemos tener tiempo y paciencia, me refiero a esto como primer tips porque las cejas forman parte de nuestro rostro el cual está a simple vista de quien nos rodea y una mala epilación que no este conforme a tu rostro o epiles donde no debes va a causar una inseguridad en ti que no vas a querer ni siquiera mirarte al espejo así, por lo que te recomiendo que si vas rápido o careces de tiempo no lo hagas, usa perfiladores los cuales harán una depilación y si te llegas a equivocar su efecto tardará menos en revertirse que con la epilación.

Today I wanted to share with you my epilation of eyebrows at home, because I have to pamper myself today and what better way than this, the first thing I can tell you about this is that when we do epilation with wax at home we must have time and patience, I refer to this as first tips because the eyebrows are part of our face which is in plain sight of who surrounds us and a bad epilation that does not conform to your face or epiles where you should not cause an insecurity in you that you will not even want to look in the mirror like that, so I recommend that if you go fast or lack of time do not do it, use profilers which will make a hair removal and if you get to make a mistake its effect will take less time to reverse than with epilation.

Yo en lo personal trabajo con estos dos productos, el hilo para realizar el visajismo y la cera de Azuleno hecha a base de algas marinas, los demás implementos serían bandas para epilar, debidamente cortadas y palitos de naranjo.

Antes de todo el proceso asegurate de tener tu carita limpia.Yo siempre inicio marcando desde mi arco de cupido derechito hasta arriba, la cual es mi línea guía para darle forma a las cejas a través de ella.

Luego de esa línea, marco dos que comienzan desde la aleta de la nariz hasta el inicio de nuestras cejas y debemos tratar de que visualmente se noten iguales.Este va a marcar dónde debe comenzar cada una de nuestras cejas.

After that line, I mark two lines that start from the nose flap to the beginning of our eyebrows and we should try to visually make them look the same, this is going to mark where each of our eyebrows should start.

Luego me ubico desde el arco de cupido hasta el final de nuestros ojos, ese marcaría donde debe terminar la cola de nuestras cejas.

Then I place myself from the cupid's bow to the end of our eyes, that would mark where the tail of our eyebrows should end.

Para la altura de nuestras cejas, ubico la mirada fija hacia el frente y paso por la aleta de la nariz y es muy importante ubicar el punto medio de la pupila de nuestros ojos.

Una vez marcados todos estos puntos fundamentales comenzamos a unir cada uno de ellos y finalmente con un vernier mediremos el grosor de nuestras cejas que estén totalmente iguales así como también debo medir el largo esto es para saber que si están iguales y si no poder corregir a tiempo antes de la epilación.

Una vez que culminamos de marcar nuestras cejas vamos a proceder a epilar, es muy importante que la cera siempre este a término medio en la ollita porque si la colocamos al máximo nos va a quemar y también dañarás la cera porque la quemas y harás que pierda su consistencia, para saber si la cera está lista para aplicarla coloco el palito de naranjo y no debe ser tan líquida debo esperar a que no se mueva tanto en él para aplicar, es recomendable no soplarla porque la contaminamos así que debemos darle vueltas al palito de naranjo hasta que enfríe.

Once we have finished marking our eyebrows we are going to proceed to epilate, it is very important that the wax is always at medium temperature in the pot because if we put it to the maximum it will burn us and you will also damage the wax because you burn it and you will make it lose its consistency, to know if the wax is ready to apply it I place the orange stick and it must not be so liquid I must wait until it does not move so much in it to apply it, it is advisable not to blow it because we contaminate it so we must turn the orange stick until it cools down.

La cera debe aplicarse en dirección al crecimiento del vello y se retira viceversa, es decir, en contrario al crecimiento del vello.

The wax should be applied in the direction of hair growth and removed vice versa, i.e. against the direction of hair growth.

Así vamos haciendo paso por paso hasta culminar nuestras cejitas, es importante saber que este es un proceso que no debemos hacer frecuentemente que lo más recomendable es cada quince días y que luego de epilarnos debemos cuidarnos del sol, así como de la playa y la piscina para no irritar nuestra piel.

It is important to know that this is a process that we should not do frequently, it is recommended to do it every fifteen days and that after epilating we should take care of the sun, as well as the beach and the swimming pool in order not to irritate our skin.

Así de lindas quedan unas cejas en casa, muchas personas tipo yo, tenemos mucho vellito y las cejas aún se ven muy pobladas por lo que yo tomo una tijerita pequeña para cejas y voy peinando y retirando los vellitos que quedan muy largos en cada ceja y de esta manera me quedan menos pobladas, realmente esto es decisión de cada persona porque hay chicas que la prefieren así pobladas, pero no es mi caso.

Many people like me, we have a lot of hair and our eyebrows still look very thick, so I take a small eyebrow scissors and I comb and remove the hairs that are too long in each eyebrow and this way I get less thick eyebrows, this is really up to each person because there are girls who prefer them thicker, but it is not my case.
