Cumpleaños de mi papá [Esp/Eng]

Hola, amigos, ¿qué tal?, ¿cómo está todo? Por acá, gracias a Dios, todo de maravilla, reposando después de una larga jornada de trabajo de muchas cositas pendientes, ya que llegó diciembre.

El día de hoy quería compartirles algo que olvidé por completo entre una cosa y otra, y dirán que será, jajaja, es que yo les compartí el paseo buscando qué le regalaría, pero no compartí con ustedes lo que fue el cumpleaños de mi papá.

Today I wanted to share something with you that I completely forgot about, and you'll say, "What could it be?" Hahaha, it's that I shared with you the trip I took to find a gift for him, but I didn't share with you what my dad's birthday was like.

Hablar de mi papá realmente es sensible para mí porque mi papá es lo único que me queda en vida, ya que mi mamá luchó contra el cáncer y no ganó la batalla; así muy similar le pasó a mi papá y se pueden imaginar cómo nos sentimos después de enterarnos de que mi papá tenía lo mismo, pero Dios es muy grande; gracias a él no vivimos la misma historia.

Hablar de él es realmente maravilloso porque mi papá para nosotros ha sido todo y, después de esa lucha que tuvimos con él y su enfermedad, los lazos se volvieron mucho más fuertes y lo consentimos en todo lo que podamos, aunque mi papá siempre ha sido un hombre al que le gusta hacer su vida, trabajar y todo lo demás, cosa que no le quitamos porque quizás eso le pueda hacer daño verse sin hacer nada porque es muy activo.

Talking about my dad is really sensitive for me because my dad is the only one I have left in my life, since my mum fought cancer and didn't win the battle; something very similar happened to my dad, and you can imagine how we felt after finding out that my dad had the same thing, but God is very great; thanks to him, we didn't live through the same story.

Talking about him is truly wonderful because my dad has been everything to us, and after that struggle we had with him and his illness, our bonds became much stronger, and we spoil him in every way we can, even though my dad has always been a man who likes to live his life, work, and everything else, which we don't take away from him because it might hurt him to see himself doing nothing because he is very active.

A mi papá siempre le gusta mucho la comida, pero es un poco delicado también porque su cáncer fue en el estómago y debido a eso le prohibieron muchas cosas como las carnes rojas y las salsas, pero el doctor le dijo que solo de vez en cuando podía, pero no siempre. Desde allí ha llevado una dieta estricta de lo que debe y no debe comer.

Realmente no debe siempre, pero nosotros por su cumpleaños lo llevamos a comer pizza. El lugar ya se los he compartido antes: PIZZERÍA BAGUETTE, la cual nos gusta mucho por su relación calidad y precio, así como también mi cuñada le regaló una super torta que estuvo muy rica y cantamos cumpleaños en casa, además de cada detalle que le dieron cada uno de mis hermanos. La verdad, fue un día bastante agradable, gracias a Dios. ¡Saludos, amigos!

My dad always loves food, but he's also a bit sensitive because he had stomach cancer and because of that, he was forbidden from eating many things, such as red meat and sauces. However, the doctor told him that he could eat them occasionally, but not all the time. Since then, he has followed a strict diet of what he should and should not eat.

He really shouldn't, but for his birthday we took him out for pizza. I've told you about the place before: PIZZERÍA BAGUETTE, which we really like because of its quality and price. My sister-in-law also gave him a delicious cake, and we sang happy birthday at home, in addition to all the gifts my brothers gave him. Honestly, it was a very pleasant day, thank God.
