Saludos Hivers, Ser entrenador no es una tarea fácil, conlleva una responsabilidad muy importante y necesita de una preparación constante en diferentes ámbitos, y si nos referimos a una disciplina tan dinámica como el boxeo, el entrenador adquiere un mayor protagonismo, porque es un guía en cada entrenamiento para alcanzar las victorias en el ring, en este caso Williams Castro, es de esos entrenadores que no escatima esfuerzos para adquirir conocimientos con el fin de hacer siempre a sus boxeadores.

En este sentido Castro es Coach y Vicepresidente de la Escuela de Boxeo Globalboxing, es un ex-boxeador amateur con más de 70 combates en la conocida categoría Gallo (54 kilos), fueron quince años como atleta activo. Como entrenador ya son diez años impartiendo su experiencia, donde ha trabajado con boxeadores de la talla de: Jaider Parra, Hegly Mosqueda (Actualmente está haciendo carrera en Estados Unidos), Diana Rodríguez, Yohandri Rondón y Alessangel Mayora.

In this regard, Castro is a Coach and Vice President of the Globalboxing School of Boxing. He is a former amateur boxer with more than 70 fights in the well-known Bantamweight category (54 kilograms), having spent fifteen years as an active athlete. Por si fuera poco también entrena a peleadores de MMA nacionales como son los campeones Delio Lopez, Deiby Tachon, y Daniela villasmil Aleman con el objetivo de mejorar sus capacidades boxísticas. Por supuesto que todo este éxito y credibilidad se deben a su formación en las ciencias aplicadas a este deporte generando un método científico e innovador en sus entrenamientos; Obteniendo el Diplomado en Biomecánica deportiva, cursos en nutrición deportiva, ciencias aplicadas al deporte, acerca de los siete sentidos del entrenador y el atleta, entre otros, todos estos avalados por la Universidad Deportiva del Sur, y en la actualidad está por terminar una certificación internacional de CUTMAN profesional avalada por World Cutman Asosiaction, la FAB (Federación Argentina de boxeo) y la Confederación Internacional de Deportes de Combate.
