Health is Wealth
The best treatment we can give ourselves is to maintain a healthy living which is very much important. There is no point of we working hard to secure financial means then at the end of the day we fail to spend or take care of ourselves. The idea of taking care of oneself goes to the men most especially because we are the ones who carry a lot of burden to take care of and still find it hard to spend on oneself.
It have become rampant in most cases where men work under pressure and stress all in the name of settling bills and satisfying family want without been included. We have seen so many situations where most men lost their lives especially the married ones and what casuses this includes the lack of taking care of oneself, the lack of resting and also the lack of carrying too much burden without minding to share the challenges involve, all in the name of it is your personal responsibility.
The true fact is that the day we will leave this world, the people we intend pleasing most especially family will move on with their lives. Health is wealth which is no joke because without a healthy body you can't be in the race in achieving wealth when your mind and body is weak to perform activities. Just yesterday, a friend of mine lost her dad without any sign that he was sick before. He just complained of a little headache and before we knew it he slumped and died.
Now he is a good example of what am talking about because this is someone the family look up to for feeding and other financial necessities whereas the children and mother are not doing anything to support him. He always ensure he provides for them which shows that he really care and love his family but one thing he doesn't do is taking care of himself. He hardly spend time for himself to at least relax the body because this our body needs rest which we cant cheat nature and is true.
It is required of us to be hardworking but then we need to take care of ourselves. There are jobs and tasks that requires us to be awake all night just to make ends meet but then when it is during the day, the body needs to sleep to calm the brain. Some people however feels it is an opportunity to achieve more money while still being awake which is not a good one at all for our body system.
We needs to understand that we cant pay all the bills completely because more will keep accumulating on a daily basis, so what is required of us is to do our best and still maintIn a healthy living. There are so many stressful jobs out there that really consume our time and people do this jobs on a daily basis just to survive without minding to do body check up to ensure they are fine.
We dont have to feel body symptoms before we can decide to go to the hospital instead a regular check up is good to ensure and maintain a healthy living. Eating of food is also very important which is part of what gives us strength to work. Also engaging on exercises is good for the body as well to burn calories. We need to avoid this habit of being stingy to oneself when you are in position to cater for personal needs especially things you need in taking care of your health system.
Maintaining a good living is very important especially when you avoid thinking too much, when you avoid been pressurised and when your stress free. Always make yourself happy and count yourself as number priority that needs to be taking care off because life is too short so we
need to maintain a good health to live longer.
