Hello friends of Holos & Lotus.

Many people fear aging. More than aging, they fear those signs, those traces that evidence the passage of time on our skin, on our bodies, on our faces.

To all of them, I say one thing: the imprint of experience can be beautiful. It just depends on the perspective from which you look at it.

The mark of time is visibly shown on our skin, mainly on our exterior. It may look different for everyone, but in essence, it's the same.
Our skin is like the bark of that magical tree that we transform into throughout life.

Our skin shows the appearance of the reality of a life experience. Our body bears witness to everything we have been through.

Never be afraid to show your age. Don't be depressed or feel any complexes about your body. Your skin, your crust, is that armor that protects us from external elements, from the dangers of the world; be it the sun, the cold, etc.
It also shows the signs of well-cared-for skin, of love, of affection, of the effort made to achieve happiness.

In essence, what that outer bark does is jealously guard the sap we carry within.
The sap that nourishes us, that identifies us, and that, in the end, is what matters.

It is the sap that nourishes our offspring. It is what we carry inside.
Let's stop paying attention to our exterior and focus our priority on strengthening that sap and keeping it fertile. May our sap nourish and strengthen our offspring, so that they may grow, reproduce, and populate a world with good people.

Beneath that crust run our values, traditions, and knowledge.

Our roots, strong and strong, cling to the earth. No matter how strong the winds, our crust protects and our roots keep our being firm, so that we can sustain and care for our loved ones.

Our body, our being, is the foundation, the support of other lives, of our children.
Therefore, the more seasoned we are in life, the more experience we accumulate, the more weapons we will have to defend ourselves from the strong winds of storms that hit us every year.

Our marks bear witness to our sacrifice, our effort, our work.
Guitarists who study the most, who play the guitar the most, develop calluses on their fingers. That is evidence of their effort.
Athletes and everyone who works with their body also show evidence of that work.

The same thing happens with everyone, in one way or another.

That doesn't mean we should neglect our exterior, our physique, our appearance. We must take care of ourselves and protect it. We must pay close attention to it, as our physical appearance is our calling card.
By taking care of our exterior, we also protect our interior. Our body.
This is how we also take care of our loved ones.
They lean on us, grow, and rise on our shoulders, on our branches, and feed on our sap.

Protect and care for your bark. Be proud of it, for it is unique and is the badge of valor and sacrifice you show to the world. Your life is in it.
Always display it with pride. For what truly matters is within us.

Hola amigos de Holos & Lotus.

Muchas personas temen a envejecer. Más que envejecer, le temen a esas señales, a esas huellas que evidencian el paso del tiempo en nuestra piel, en nuestro cuerpo, en nuestro rostro.

A todos ellos les digo una cosa: la huella de la experiencia puede ser hermosa. Solo depende del punto de vista en que lo mires.
La marca del tiempo se muestra de forma visible en nuestra piel, en nuestro exterior, principalmente. Esta puede parecer diferente para todos, pero en esencia es igual.
Nuestra piel es como la corteza de ese árbol mágico en que nos transformamos a lo largo de la vida.

Nuestra piel muestra la apariencia de la realidad de una experiencia de vida. Nuestro cuerpo muestra el testimonio de todo lo que hemos vivido.

No temas a mostrar nunca tu edad. No te deprimas o sientas ningún complejo por tu cuerpo. Tu piel, tu corteza es esa coraza que nos protege de las inclemencias externas, de los peligros del mundo; ya sea el sol, el frío, etc.
También muestra los signos de la piel cuidada, del amor, del cariño, del esfuerzo realizado para alcanzar la felicidad.

En esencia esa corteza exterior lo que hace es salvaguardar con recelo la savia que llevamos por dentro.
La savia que alimenta, la que nos identifica y que, al final, es lo que importa.

Es la savia la que alimenta a nuestros retoños. Es lo que llevamos por dentro .
Dejemos de prestarle atención a nuestro exterior y enfoquemos nuestra prioridad en fortalecer esa savia y que corra fértil. Que nuestra savia alimente y fortalezca a nuestros retoños, para que crezcan, se reproduzcan y poblen un mundo de gente de bien.

Por debajo de esa corteza corren nuestros valores, tradiciones, conocimientos.

Nuestras raíces, bien fuertes, se aferran a la tierra. No importa lo fuerte que sea los vientos, nuestra corteza protege y nuestras raíces mantienen firme nuestro ser, para que podamos sostener y cuidar a nuestros seres queridos.

Nuestro cuerpo, nuestro ser, es la base, el soporte de otras vidas, de nuestros hijos.
Por eso, mientras más curtidos estemos en la vida, mientras más experiencia acumulemos, más armas tendremos para defendernos de los fuertes viendo de tormenta que nos azotan todos los años.

Nuestras marcar atestiguan nuestro sacrificio, nuestro esfuerzo, nuestro trabajo.
A los guitarristas que más estudian, que más tocan la guitarra se le hacen callos en los dedos. Esa es la evidencia de su esfuerzo.
Los deportistas y todo aquel que trabaja con su cuerpo, también muestran la evidencia de ese trabajo.

Lo mismo sucede con todo el mundo, de un modo u otro.

Eso no quiere decir que descuidemos nuestro exterior, nuestro físico, nuestra apariencia. Debemos cuidarnos y protegerla. Debemos prestarle muchísima atención, ya que nuestro físico es nuestra carta de presentación.
Cuidando a nuestro exterior también protegemos nuestro interior. Nuestro cuerpo.
Así también cuidamos a los nuestros.
Ellos se apoyan en nosotros, crecen y se alzan sobre nuestros hombros, de nuestras ramas y se alimentan de nuestra savia.

Protejan y cuiden a su corteza. Estén orgullosos de ella, ya que es única y es la medalla del valor y el sacrificio que ostentan al mundo. En ella está su vida.
Muéstrenla siempre con orgullo. Ya que, lo que realmente importa, esta en nuestro interior.
