It's really hard to answer the first question @trucklife-family asked us for this week's community contest.

What's the best advice I can give my kids? I'm going to go with this: always be good people. I think it encapsulates almost all the other best advice I've given them.

You can't be a good person and a liar. Good people are honest with themselves and others. Honesty is one of the most important values ​​a human being should have.

You can't be disrespectful and expect to be a good person. Respect is the foundation of interpersonal relationships. Respecting yourself, demanding respect from others, and respecting others are essential for getting along with each other.

Good people are hardworking; they aren't parasites on society or their families. You have to work and study every day to be self-reliant and, in this way, help others when they need it.

And I could go on and on explaining the other advice I've given you.

There's a saying: don't do to others what you wouldn't want them to do to you. Therefore, if you want others to be good to you, you have to be good to others. And what mother doesn't want her children to be treated correctly, with love, respect, fairness, and compassion?

They have to treat people as they would like to be treated. Or rather, not treat them as they wouldn't like to be treated.

They should strive to be happy every day and let that happiness spread to everyone around them.
Truly happy people have a clear conscience, are loved, and love others. They don't have time to do harm. Therefore, they are good people.
What more could a mother ask for her children?

Es muy difícil responder la primera pregunta que nos hace @trucklife-family para el concurso de la comunidad de esta semana.
¿El mejor consejo que le puedo dar a mis hijos? Voy a irme por este: sean siempre buenas personas. Creo que en él consolido casi todos los otros mejores consejos que les he dado.

No se puede ser una buena persona y ser un mentiroso. Las buenas personas son honestas consigo mismo y con los demás. La honestidad es uno de los principales valores que tiene que tener el ser humano.

No se puede ser alguien irrespetuoso y pretender ser buena persona. El respeto es la base de las relaciones interpersonales. Respetarse a uno mismo, darse a respetar y respetar a los demás, es esencial para llevarnos bien los unos con los otros.
Las buenas personas son trabajadoras, no son unos parásitos de la sociedad ni de su familia. Hay que trabajar y estudiar todos los días para valerse por sí mismos y, de este modo, ayudar a los demás cuando lo necesiten.

Y de este modo podría seguir y seguir exponiendo los demás consejos que les he dado.
Hay un dicho que dice: no le hagas a nadie lo que no quieres que te hagan a tí. Por tanto, si quieren que sean buenos con ellos, tendrán que serlo con las demás personas. ¿Y qué madre no quiere que sus hijos sean tratados correctamente, con amor, con respeto, con justicia y compasivamente?
Ellos tienen que tratar a las personas como quisieran que los trataran a ellos. O mejor dicho, no tratarlos como no les gustaría que los trataran.

Deben buscar ser felices cada día y que esa felicidad se contagie a todos a su alrededor.
Las personas felices de verdad, tienen la consciencia limpia, son amada y aman. No tienen tiempo para hacer el mal. Por tanto, son buenas personas.
