Optimism and Me - Initiative / El optimismo y yo - Iniciativa (eng-esp)

Hello, friend of Holos & Lotus.
Today I'm reaching out to the community to respond to the call of @neuropoeta, who is debuting as a columnist for a day, and he does so with this very interesting topic: optimism.

I consider myself an optimistic woman. Very optimistic, in fact. I fully trust that the future will always bring good things for me and my loved ones.

Every time I make a plan or project, I always clearly think about everything that can go wrong; but from a precautionary perspective, since in my mind everything will turn out well.
If I didn't believe that, I wouldn't do anything.

Ah, because from a practical point of view, you can't be creating and building if you think negatively.
That's one of my strategies: to banish every negative thought, every negative word, or negative attitude. You have to release positive thoughts into the atmosphere.
@neuropoeta spoke from a scientific point of view; I won't try it. I'm a guitarist, but I know that positive and optimistic thoughts attract energy, positive things, and drive away the negative.

Call it magic or karma? I don't know. I just know that if you do good deeds, the universe will return all that good to you multiplied by leaps and bounds.

I believe in that, blindly.

A sample of my optimism are these two wonders that I show you below.

The first photo is of the first avocado on my avocado tree.

This is the first bunch of grapes on my vine.

When I went to plant them, everyone told me not to, as it would take a long time to bear fruit and I most likely wouldn't even see them.
To everyone who told me, I replied that I would wait and that I would surely enjoy the fruits of these plants, and that's exactly what happened.
And you see: I already have avocados, passion fruit, and grapes... in addition to my bananas.

Now I just need to grow my lemon tree, kumquat tree, and loquat tree.

Another of my strategies is to always look to the future. Think about my children, my family. I visualize that longed-for future.
I visualize all my current plans already fulfilled with a happy ending.
I see my children grown, healthy, beautiful, graduating, and playing guitar all over the world.

And no matter what happens: Things will turn out well, they have to turn out well.
This is something I repeat to myself daily.
Every day, multiple problems arise. Sometimes they're the same problems, other times they're new ones. However, as each one arises, I have to breathe and believe that everything will turn out well. It just can't be any other way, my friends.

Remember that if it doesn't turn out well, it means we're doing something wrong, since every problem has several ways to be solved.

But, in the end, everything will turn out well.

However, although I'm very optimistic, I think carefully about every risk I take. Whether it's investments or actions that could generate radical change, I generally think carefully.

In my case, it's not fear, it's caution.

Keep in mind that being optimistic is one thing, but being foolish is quite another.

Hola amigo de Holos & Lotus.
Hoy me acerco a la comunidad para responder al llamado de @neuropoeta, quien se estrena como columnista por un día, y lo hace con este interesantísimo tema: el optimismo.

Me considero una mujer optimista. De hecho muy optimista. Confío plenamente en que el futuro siempre te dará cosas buenas para mí y para mis seres queridos.
Cada vez que realizo algún plan o proyecto, siempre pienso claro está en todo lo que puede salir mal; pero desde un punto de vista de precaución, ya que en mi mente todo saldrá bien.
Si no lo creyera de ese modo, no hiciera nada.

Ah, porque desde un punto de vista práctico, no puedes estar creando y construyendo si piensas de forma negativa.
Esa es una de mis estrategias: alejar todo pensamiento negativo, toda palabra negativa o actitud negativa. Hay que lanzar pensamientos positivos hacia la atmósfera.
@neuropoeta habló de punto de vista científico, yo no lo intentaré. Yo soy guitarrista, pero sé que los pensamientos positivos y optimistas atraen energía, cosas positivas y aleja lo negativo.

Llámese magia o karma. No lo sé. Solo sé que si realizas buenas acciones, el universo te volverá todo eso bueno multiplicado con creces.
Creo en eso, ciegamente.

Una muestra de mi optimismo son estas dos maravillas que les muestro a continuación.

La primera foto es del primer aguacate de mi mata de aguacate.

Este es el primer racimo de uva de mi vid.

Cuando fui a sembrarlos todos me dijeron que no lo hiciera, ya que demoraba mucho en dar frutos y lo más probable es que ni siquiera los vería.
A todo aquel que me lo dijo, le respondí que esperaría y que con seguridad disfrutaría de los frutos de estas plantas y así fue.
Y ya ven: ya tengo aguacates, maracuyá y uvas... además de mis plátanos.
Ahora solo falta que crezcan mi limonero, ciruela china y níspero.

Otra de mis estrategias consiste en mirar siempre al futuro. Pensar en mis hijos, en mi familia. Visualizo ese futuro anhelado.
Visualizo todos mis planes presentes ya culminados con un final feliz.
Veo a mis hijos grandes, saludables, hermosos, graduados y tocando la guitarra por todo el mundo.

Y no importa lo que suceda: Las cosas van a salir bien, tienen que salir bien.
Esto es algo que me repito a diario.
Cada día aparecen múltiples problemas. A veces son los mismos problemas, otras veces, son nuevos. Sin embargo, ante la aparición de cada uno de ellos, tengo que respirar y pensar en que todo saldrá bien. Es que no puede ser de otra manera, amigos míos.

Piensen que si no sale bien es que algo estamos haciendo mal ya que todo problema tiene varias formas de solucionarse.

Pero, al fin y al cabo, todo saldrá bien.

Sin embargo, a pesar que soy muy optimista, me pienso bien cada riesgo a tomar. Tanto en tema de inversiones o acciones que puedan generar algún cambio radical, por lo general, lo pienso muy bien.
En mi caso, no es temor, es precaución.

Tengan presente que, una cosa es ser optimista y otra bien diferente es ser un insensato.
