My friend @sacra97, I have to admit I'm a lucky woman, and my mornings start with joy and laughter.

First of all, my husband spoils me rotten. Every day he brings me coffee and breakfast in bed, except on weekends when we have breakfast with the kids. And even on those days, he always brings me coffee in bed.

That's how anyone would wake up happy. Add to that the fact that I also have cats who are used to judging each other while I stretch, and it's a very nice bonus.

And there's more, and I haven't even gotten out of bed yet.

My two children always get up early for school. Before, I had to get up first to make them breakfast. However, now I have the joy of waking up to find them up first to write and making breakfast for them and me too.

So, before leaving for school, as soon as I get out of bed, they both come to my room to say goodbye with a kiss and a hug.

There are few things I like more in the world, and that make me happier, than hearing my children laugh or tell me, "Mom, I love you."

And I hear that every morning.

Of course, before Abel lived with us, I was in charge, and that was the only thing in this morning routine. When he goes to Havana, then I'm the one who makes breakfast again.

And that's another one of my favorite things to do. I don't enjoy making lunch and dinner as much as I enjoy breakfast. That's my favorite time of day. I love waking my children up or seeing them get up and be surprised by breakfast. I usually try to make them something special every day, or at least something different.

However, now that my children are older, they've seen that I like having breakfast in bed. On more than one occasion, they've prepared breakfast and brought it to me. That alone would be enough to make me the happiest woman in the world, don't you think?

Hola, chicas!

Amiga @sacra97, tengo que reconocer que soy una mujer privilegiada y mis mañanas comienzan con alegría, con risas.
En primer lugar mi esposo me tiene malcriada. Todos los días me llevas café y el desayuno a la cama, excepto en los fines de semana cuando desayunamos con los niños. Y aún en esos días, el café siempre me lo lleva a la cama.

De ese modo cualquiera despierta feliz. Si a eso le sumas el hecho de que también tengo los gatas que sean acostumbrados a juzgarse conmigo mientras me despereso, es un plus muy agradable.
Y aún queda más, y ni siquiera me he levantado de la cama.

Mis dos niños siempre se levantan temprano para ir a la escuela. Antes que me tenía que levantar primero para prepararle el desayuno. Sin embargo ahora tengo la dicha de caer a ver se levanta primero para escribir y les prepara el desayuno a ellos y de paso a mí.
O sea que, antes de partir para la escuela cuando uno me he levantado de la cama los dos pasan por mi cuarto para despedirse con un beso y un abrazo.
Hay pocas cosas que me gusten más en el mundo y que me hagan más feliz que el hecho de escuchar a mis hijos reírse o decirme mamá, te quiero.
Y eso lo escucho todas las mañanas.

Por supuesto antes de que Abel viviera con nosotros la encargada era yo y eso era lo único esta rutina mañanera. Cuando a veces está para la Habana, entonces vuelvo a ser yo la que prepara el desayuno.
Y esa es otra de mis actividades preferidas. No disfruto tanto preparar el almuerzo y la cena como disfruto los desayunos. Ese es mi momento preferido el día. Me encanta despertar a mis hijos o verlos levantarse y ser sorprendidos por el desayuno. Por lo general trato de hacerles algo especial cada día, o al menos, diferente.

Sin embargo como ya mis hijos han crecido ya han visto que me gusta el hecho de que me traigan el desayuno a la cama en más de una ocasión han sido ellos los que han preparado el desayuno y me lo han traído.
Solo con eso bastaría para hacerme la mujer más feliz del mundo, ¿no creen?
