Today I continue with one of my favorite studies by Maestro Leo Brouwer: Study #19.

Leo Brouwer's Study #19 is a study for four-note chords, combined with pull off and hammer on technics. The most important thing in this study is to maintain the legato and ensure that each technic is clearly audible while playing the chords.

Hoy continúo con uno de mis estudios preferidos del Maestro Leo Brouwer: el estudio #19.

El estudio #19 de Leo Brouwer, es un estudio para los acordes de cuatro notas, en combinación con los ligados. Lo más importante en este estudio es mantener el legato y que se escuche bien cada ligado, mientras se hacen los acordes.

Wow, that's great! It's been a while since I listened to Leo Brouwer. I know his pieces from a time I went to Cuba and bought a record collection of this magnificent guitarist.

Leo Brouwer is an incredible musician, performer, and composer. His studies are essential for any classical guitar student.
