Essence of Coffee: Discovering New Coffee Shops in My Neighborhood / Esencia del café: Descubriendo nuevas cafeterías por mi barrio (eng-esp)

Hello, coffee lovers around the world.
I continue my wanderings around the city in search of new flavors from new coffee shops. Yesterday, my search unexpectedly led me to this attractive place, located inside the national bus terminal.

So, by chance, I found this new coffee shop called "Esencia del café."
Without a doubt, the location couldn't be better, as hundreds and thousands of people pass through this terminal every day at all hours.
The design is quite attractive, displaying a modern and seemingly sophisticated design.

Of course, since it's located in a national bus terminal, the hours can't be any other than: open 24 hours.

Looking at the chalkboard outside, I thought they didn't sell coffee, and that the name of the cafe was simply there.

However, I went in to look around and noticed they had another chalkboard inside with the coffee specials and varieties.

Of course, my husband and I ordered a cappuccino. I believe that for a coffee shop to be considered quality, they must make an excellent cappuccino.

I found it quite positive that in addition to a cafe, they offered a wide variety of cookies, chocolates, and sweets. They also served fast food, juices, smoothies, and burgers.

However, it was the coffee that caught my attention the most. With state-of-the-art machines and quality products prepared right in front of us so we could observe the process, nothing else on offer appealed to me.

Also, during my travels or in any province, the only thing I always wanted to have when I arrived in any province was a hot coffee. A coffee that would take away the chill from two black coffees or wake me up and keep me from sleeping.

The intelligent and attractive design of the place undoubtedly adds value. Plus, with the city's daily temperatures of almost 40 degrees Celsius, the air conditioning in the café is much appreciated.

Since yesterday, every time I go out or return from a trip, I will return to this beautiful place to enjoy another excellent cappuccino.

Hola, amigos del café por todo el mundo.
Continúo mi andar por la ciudad en busca de nuevos sabores de nuevas cafeterías. El día de ayer, mi búsqueda me llevó, de forma inesperada, hasta este atractivo lugar, ubicado en el interior de la terminal de ómnibus nacionales.

Así fortuitamente encontré esta nueva cafetería llamada “Esencia del café”.
Sin duda alguna, el lugar en el que está ubicado no puede ser mejor, ya que cientos y miles de personas transitan a diario por esta terminal y a toda hora.
El diseño es bastante atractivo, mostrando Un diseño bastante moderno y en apariencia sofisticado.

Por supuesto al estar ubicado en una terminal de hongos nacionales el horario no puede ser otro que que: abierto las 24 horas.

A mirar la pizarra ubicada en su exterior creí que no vendían café, y que de cafetería solo tenía el nombre.

No obstante entré para observar el lugar y me percaté que adentro tenían otra pizarra con las ofertas y las variedades de café.

Por supuesto, mi esposo y yo pedimos un capuchino. Soy de la opinión de que para que una cafetería se considere de calidad, deben confeccionar un capuchino de excelencia.

Me pareció bastante positivo el hecho de que además de cafetería tuvieran una muy variada oferta de galletas chocolates y dulces. Además, también preparaban comidas rápidas, jugos, batidos y hamburguesas.

Sin embargo, era el café lo que me llamó más la atención. Con máquinas de tecnología de punta y productos de calidad que preparaban delante de nosotros para que pudiéramos observar el proceso, nada del resto de las ofertas me atrajo.

Además durante mis viajes o provincia lo único que quería tomar a llegar a cualquier provincia siempre es un café caliente. Un café que me quite el frío de dos negros o que me espabile y me quite el sueño.

Un valor agregado lo tiene sin duda el diseño inteligente y atractivo del lugar. Además con los casi 40 grados celsius de temperatura que hay a diario en la ciudad se agradece mucho el aire acondicionado en la cafetería.

Desde ayer, cada vez que salga o regrese de viaje, regresaré a este hermoso lugar a disfrutar de otro excelente capuchino.
