These are the words that I can described about myself. Even my friends will tell me too that I am that kind of person. These words made me stand from the failures and made me success. Who am I?

Hello world! I am Elvie Labadan Limbaroc. You can call me “EL” was a kid with full of dreams. I am a teacher by profession but still a kid in my mind and heart. I am glad that I found this platform where I could share a glimpse of my life. This cyber or platform will serve as my online journal where I will be sharing my life stories, interest, life experiences, success and failures. I hope that you can learn something from me as much as I’m excited to learn more about your life stories.

GLIMPSE OF ME

In my 28 years of existence, I would say growing as an adult is like a roller coaster ride. In my teens stage was the most challenging stage of my life, a horror stage that I don’t want my future children will experience it. Imagine, you must the teens who enjoy life but turn to horrific stories. But despite of it I stand up and continue my life with goals and continuing life with full of dreams

I am the middle child, and I grew up with perfect family. We have a farm, horses, buffalo, and dogs. We have a small Sari-sari store with Schools supplies stores back then. I remembered that me and my siblings was swimming in the river and do fishing every weekend. We played, laugh and love. I am a kid that don’t want to grow old. We are a perfect family that I could imagine. We are the perfect family that I wish would not it last.

One day, my aunt came home from abroad and want to get married she was looking for someone who can replace her in abroad because she doesn’t want to go back anymore. She wants to stay at Philippines and focus on her newly married life. And she talks to my mother about it and my mom agreed that she can be her replacement, my dad don’t want it, but she still existing that it’s for our own good. And later on, my dad agreed with her. When my mom finally flew abroad and it was a day my horrible life begins. I miss my mom; my perfect dad turns to dad that I don’t want to be. I don’t want to share it to here because I want to protect him. And we the siblings was separated each other.

As the days go by, I grew from elementary- college with out a mom and dad in our side. My dad left us when I’m still in elementary, when my mom worked abroad in how many days my dad left us. and my mom was the one who supported us. I know as a solo parent was so hard. so, me and my siblings’ study so hard. I’m an honor student in Elementary, Got a lots of award in high School. In college days, I supported myself. I finished college and master’s degree with my own financial. I worked in the morning and study at night and full time study at week end. Back then my classmates, some of my relatives told me that because I’m a broken family it’s hard for me to finished school, but no! I stand up and proof them that they are wrong.

This is me when I was college, I’ve become ROTC officer, active in every school activities. I’m always proof them that no matter, what I’ll stand, I will stand because I’m not the one that they think, I’m not weak. I can do it. I’m the person who has full of dreams. I’m a person that will fight all circumstances and trials.

I flew in Thailand at the age of 22 years old, and start my teaching journey there. This is the start of my career. This is the fruits of my hardship and patience at all cost. Despite of the hardship many failures I stand and now become the achievers. Now, I can buy whatever I want. I deserve this. After all hardship I encounter it’s time to payback for myself

As I was scrolling my newsfeed on Facebook and reading updates of pages what I enjoyed with, this interesting post of Ma’am Antonette Langgamon popped up so I onboarded by @antonette @chinito we meet through her page on Facebook and she oriented me about hives . we talk about it. and I’m so interested because it was like an online journal for me. I’m so grateful to her because by this platform I believe that I’ll have to share my thoughts, my experience and I can explore more by reading posted updates on hives. As a person with full of dreams I believe I’ll be more inspired by hives. I understand that I must use my own original pictures. I must also do quality engagement and post. I must not use AI in all post and engagement and plagiarism is not allowed on hive.
