Time is really important since in reality, we couldn't return time. It might be hard for us to push ourselves everyday, but at the end of the day, everything is a lesson and we need to constantly change ourselves in order to survive and make it worthwhile.

That's true, we cant revisit a lost time which is why we need to make every time count
