ZAPFIC MONDAY: SLEEP OVER (BUS)

My interview was scheduled for the 1st of March but I left home two days earlier because the journey ahead was a long one.
I never realised how long it would take until our vehicle broke down on the way and we had to pass the night in the bus.

Thanks for reading till the end.

I can imagine the stress that you'd have gone through sleeping on the road like that due to a breakdown.

Poor you. Imagine the stress plus fear of passing the night on the road in a bus. What if you hadn't started the journey two days earlier, you could have missed the interview.

Hmm, I can truly relate with long road trips and public vehicles breaking down on the highway. It's always very disheartening.

It's never a pleasant situation.
That's why it is good to travel two days to any appointment.

Nice short story dear

This reminded me of my Lagos journey when I was still job hunting. It's never been easy but we persevere and we succeed.
