This prompt reminds me of an elderly woman i met some time ago and what she told me about the Ayan clan or family. It was a sunny afternoon and people were busy going about their business. This beautiful teenage girl approached me and started dancing.

I was surprised and felt a child of her age should be shy or timid to put up such an attitude in an open place but she did it effortlessly without any shame. I was forced to ask what her name was and she said Ayanfunmi.

Immediately the old woman heard the name, she said oh! no wonder. I was forced to ask the old woman what she meant by that, then she said Ayanfunmi is a name given to children from the family of performing artists who are majoring in music.

She continued by saying people from the Ayan clan usually prepare their children for the tax ahead from birth by begging people around for things that will be needed to take care of them once they are born.

I was surprised because how can someone choose to beg for things needed in taking care of their new born child? But what can i do other than to add that to my stream of knowledge.
