Being Bimbo Ademoye week#12

Good day everyone, welcome to my blog.

Bimbo was born as Abimbola Aishat Ademoye in 1991 in Lagos Nigeria. According to her, she was raised in Ajegunle by her single father but was never allowed to mingle in the neighborhood.

Given that, she still finds her way around during school holidays and running errands in the neighborhood she mingled so well that you will doubt she is the get inside type. Bimbo attended Mayflower school Ikene,Ogun State and Covenant University respectively.

She Started her acting career in 2014 with a film titled Where talent lies. I got to see Bimbo and know her very well in the film Breaded Life where she acted the role of an Ajase(engun) bread monger who will later help Tinini Egbonson the disowned son of a rich widowed woman.

If my life where to be a Nollywood movie, I will like to be Bimbo Ademoye. Though Bimbo is young but the way she interprets her role will make you understand that she has not come to play.

Bimbo can easily deversify. She can act and fit into any role given and I have seen her do so in a few movies. I can hawk bread and protect my dignity like bimbo did in breaded life with Timini Egbonson. Can act all posh and carrier orientated single mother like in big love.

Can support my husband through tick and thin to see that he succeeds like Bimbo did in Anikulapo and Jagunjagun. Can make sure to reiterate and seek vengeance like she did with Kunle Remi ni Anikulapo.

Can act the lousy home girl who is hell bent on making it legally by being a jack of all trades and making all my audience laugh out loud like she did in Sibe, can be the foolish, clumsy but sensible house maid who was waiting for an egg to get fried under the sun like she did in Selina.

Can be the spoiled younger sister with a loose mouth who almost cast her sisters when they landed huge amounts of money in Sugar rush, can be the one who pollutes the air because i eat eggs and small beans like she did in sugar rush, can be play the drunk one who was seeing a ghost also in sugar rush.

Can act all posh and classy daughter of a street lord who gets to enjoy soft life and travel abroad for my education then come back home to more luxury like she played in Gang of Lagos.

Can act this young village girl who came to Lagos in search of her father. She did everything possible to fit into Lagos life but was always redicule by her father's girl friend who tried to kill her father and bimbo was able to expose this girl friend in looking for baami and living with baami

I remember this Churchill guy granting an interview the other day, he said the day he felt embarrassed most was the day Bimbo insulted him by calling him a signboard. Yes Bimbo can do that and she will do it with all seriousness. One thing I love about her is her private life off cameras.
