A day with the Mechanic
Good day everyone, welcome to my blog.
Looking through the grasses, as beautiful as it looks, one will think it such a beauty to behold not knowing that deep down it is a deep canal that may lead to loss of life and property if not well taken care of.
I took this picture yesterday when I took a walk around my community. I walked around in search of a reputable mechanic who can help me to service my generator set as it has developed faults due to over usage.
Over usage because Eko electricity distribution company supplies us with electricity only when they wish. I have to use this generator set for power supply to charge my device and get some things done around the house. Welcome to my world.@rukkie and @ozd should be able to relate
After walking and asking around, I got a guy and was able to persuade him to come service the generator in my house. After checking he told me to buy some parts that needed replacement so off I went again. Here is what the highway was looking like before I crossed it to buy stuff atd the other side of the road.
My shopping was a very brief one so I took my time to walk back home after buying fuel for the said generator in a nearby fuel station. Unfortunately, phones / photography are not allowed at the fuel station. I don't know why.
I got home after forty five minutes after I left and the repair continued till late in the night. The mechanic left around past nine yesterday with the promise to come and finish up his work today.
Thank you for taking your time to read through, Yours truly @elizy, a teacher, mother and passionate writer
Enjoy today while it last, tomorrow is not promised.
All images are mine.
Mmmmm, Eko and it wahala. The grasses are beautiful indeed.
I hope he returns and fixes your generator
Thanks for joining the Wednesday Walk
