Wednesday Walk: Fifty Shades of Grey

There was a little bit of mist this morning in the village, so I decided to drive further outside the village to chase the mist. Once I found it, I parked the car and had a mooch around this particular village.

I've always thought about taking a photo of this phone box, but there's never been anywhere to park. I was doing a circular walk, so this time I was walking past it. As most people have mobile phones, it's not used as a phone box anymore. Instead of removing the phone boxes, some now house a defibrillator in case of medical emergencies. Most villages tend to have one nowadays.

After that, I just walked around the country lanes. I can't say it was the type of mist that is really photogenic, as it was quite dark as well.

There wasn't a lot of traffic about, thank goodness, as it's bad enough negotiating drivers going far too fast never mind the added danger of the mist.
