Strolling Beneath Nature's Arched Branches

In a recent Facebook post, a fellow walker shared her thoughts on the overlooked little scenes in the countryside.

She had stopped to look at an old, rickety wooden gate against a stone wall, with sunlight shining on the tree beside it, thinking that people don't always notice these pretty little scenes. I remembered her post while out walking, as I had noticed these lovely natural arches formed by tree branches that bend over and touch each other, creating a living bridge that frames the scene in front of me.

I suspect a lot of visitors to the area just take these little scenes for granted with people tending to concentrate on bigger attractions, rather than the subtle scenes that are in front of us.

I even caught a glimpse of golfers on the golf course through one of these leafy archways.

It's good to slow down and appreciate these moments. You might miss a lot if you don't. I think the moral of the story is to take the time to stop and smell the roses!

Very nice walk to slow down the brain and breathe fresh air. Having time to observe the surrounding and just enjoy all things.

Yes. I am trying to get more organised and calm down to get on with routine life! Last several days were quite strange and confusing to my mind. It was as if my mind couldn’t focus or work as usual.

It’s good for you to have spring weather and flowers at last!

I hope you can become more grounded. The sun is out here, so I'm doing a lot of spring cleaning and decluttering.

Thanks so much. That’s a good idea, clearing the house of clutters. I meant to do this too but it has been a slow process.
I hope to be more grounded from now on! I have to catch this symptom as soon as it appears.

Great! You have inspired me to get going and organise my apartment! It’s time to move soon.

So much beautiful new green there! Lovely little spots you found. We'll be green in another couple weeks, too.

Wow! Such beautiful scenery. It’s as if nature created that path just to remind us to slow down, breathe, and be present. Truly a sanctuary for the soul.
