Scrum-ptious Fun Playing Rugby with the Pooch

It was quite chilly and overcast this morning. I took the pooch down to the local rugby pitch for a game of rugby. I thought it might warm us both up.

He got the ball off me and is going for a try.

Well, I thought he was going for a try, but he just wanted to have a pee up the goal post. He should have been sent off!

Scrum down .... actually he insisted on rolling on his ball. He likes to put his scent on it. The nice yellow ball looked black in the end.

For some reason, there were holes in the pitch. Some orange fencing had been put around the holes, just in case stupid people tripped up in them. It's health and safety gone mad.

By the time we had finished running all over the rugby pitch, he was filthy. He looked as though he'd had a good time, though. I took him home to clean him up. I've given up trying to keep my car clean. At the moment, I can grow potatoes in it!
