On Frozen Pond
(Edited)

It was raining this morning but still very icy cold. It was also very slippery underfoot. A passerby told me not to go around the bottom pond as it was lethal on the ground.

I was getting too cold anyway, so I just stayed out enough to get a few photographs. It's very difficult when your hands are shaking with the cold.

We only have one swan on the pond at the moment. I suspect its partner is down at the lido. The birds seem to be alternating between the ponds to see which one is less icy.

There are more gulls on the icy pond than anything else. The ducks are still remaining on the grass foraging for food. It was time for me to go back indoors before I froze to death.

Taking photographs in cold weather is really not easy. Despite this, you've done a splendid job. The photographs are quite impressive. Best regards
Thank you @bilginsemra. I'm back in the warmth now.
