Beer Saturday Challenge - Week 403: Master Stoat
I recently visited my local supermarket, Morrisons, to do my weekly grocery shopping. Although I don’t drink a lot of alcohol, I found myself in the mood for a beer that day. I also wanted to try a new flavour, something I've never tried before. As I browsed the beer aisle, my eye was drawn to Master Stoat by Badger Beers.
The combination of caramel and coffee listed in the ingredients got me interested. Two of my favourite things, so I purchased a bottle!
While some cultures and individuals prefer a beer with minimal or no froth, many beer drinkers, including me, prefer a good froth.
Badger Beers is made at Badger Brewery and has been around for over 245 years, starting on a riverside in Dorset, UK. All Badger bottled beers are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
The beer is very rich and full of flavour.
I could definitely taste the caffeine and caramel combo.
Would I drink it again? I would certainly drink the beer again; however, I believe it is best enjoyed in moderation due to its sttong flavours. The alcohol volume is 5% and classed as moderately strong. I'm a bit of a light weight when it comes to alcohol, so for me, it tasted quite strong, so I would just purchase it for a treat. At £2.25 it was one of the cheapest amongst the beers. It is definitely worth more!
This is #BeerSaturday week and I would like to invite @derbyshirelad to write a post in any language about beer with at least 3 pictures.
Thank you @qurator and @scrooger. 🙏
Cheers! 🍻 I hope you enjoyed it.
Oh, I did. 😁
I prefer a beer that has a good froth too. The beer sticker is quite cute because of the stoat. It is a quality beer with very affordable price. Definitely worth it
I'm not much of a beer connoisseur. I tend to go for the nice picture on the bottle. 😁
