Autumn Colours

The autumn leaves still looked impressive, especially when they formed a vibrant carpet of orange on the ground during my early morning walk around a local park. It was quite overcast, and there was a bit of rain in the air. Winter is definitely creeping in.

The pond was looking a bit muddy this morning with all the wind and rain we've had in the past couple of days. The elements have stirred the water up.

This seat is quite popular in the summer but it was a bit too chilly this morning to sit and chat.

All around the park the trees are orange, yellow, red and green.

I'm not sure if these are sloes or bullaces but they still looked healthy, even though the weather has got colder.

This bush is dying off, but I liked the contrast between the dying fruit and the lovely yellow colour.

The rain became a bit heavier so I decided to quit while I was ahead. I have to get out when I can but it's dependent on the weather at the moment.
