Looks pretty tasty! You gave me an idea.......I wonder if you put garlic and sage in the ground chicken, if it would taste like pork breakfast sausage does, with the sage-y flavor but chicken? Hmmmm.....might have to give that a try. Looks pretty tasty, and I agree, if you want breakfast for dinner, then go for it! We've done that often over the years!
