I can see the concern on the faces of my family. This has become something I can't gloss over or pretend that it is better than it really is. Though my sons are adult now the though of departing them breaks my heart. MY siblings and my kids made it clear they need me.

I feel a bit short of breath again, that triggered my previous panic the last time I went to the Emergency.
